Proclamation on Dhamma Vansanurakhitta Association

CASE 01-2015: Ashin Wirathu
Proclamation on Dhamma Vansanurakhitta Association - Buddha Dhamma Charity Foundation
November 13, 2017
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights,
Considering that in Case 01-2015 the International Buddhist Ethics Committee sentenced Ashin Wirathu and the 969 Movement for the crimes of Discrimination, Social Segregation, Apology of Violence and False Buddhism;
Recalling that due to international pressure the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee superficially sanctioned the 969 Movement, only generating that this Islamophobic group changed its name to Ma Ba Tha (Organization for the Protection of Nationalism and Religion);
Aware that Ma Ba Tha and the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee have actively assisted and collaborated with the Myanmar military regime led by former de facto President Thein Sein, actively supporting the Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against humanity against the Rohingya People;
Deeply concerned because Myanmar's new civil-military government led by de facto president Aung San Suu Kyi is worsening and continuing the genocidal policies against the Rohingya people in the eyes of the entire world, carrying out High Crimes against Peace;
Deploring the fact that de facto president Aung San Suu Kyi carries out acts of Negationism, not only affirming that there is no kind of genocide, but also accusing the Rohingya people of terrorism;
Analyzing that even the UN, through the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), has denounced terrible human rights violations committed by the government of Myanmar against the defenseless civilian population, such as torture, mass sexual abuses, forced disappearances and extrajudicial executions of children and babies, all of which is considered by Aung San Suu Kyi as fake news;
Taking into consideration that the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee presided over by Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa was sentenced for False Buddhism and Violation of the Buddhist Legal Code, Oppression and Illegal Detentions against the Buddhist Sangha, Complicity with Discrimination, Violation of the rights of women and children, Violation of freedom of expression, Violation of the rights of indigenous and tribal peoples, Crimes against Humanity and Peace, and Complicity with Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing;
Examining that Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee has received a Peace Prize from the criminal organization called WORLD PEACE PRIZE AWARDING COUNCIL (WPPAC), reason why the institution has been sentenced for the charges of Complicity with Crimes against Peace, Complicity with Violations of Buddhist Cultural Heritage, Defamation, Discrimination and Ethnocentrism, Threats and Violation of Human Rights, Corruption, Fraud and Organized Crime and Complicity with Genocide and Islamophobia;
Bearing in mind that Lama Lobzang of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) has been asked to remove the status of Patron to Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa and to expel this individual for his international crimes, something that has been disobeyed by Lama Lobzang despite the warning that this would imply a violation of Buddhist Law;
Expressing consternation at the fact that the extermination plan against the Rohingya People is still happening, with thousands of children and women killed, while the international community has not yet demanded Aung San Suu Kyi to stop her international crimes;
Reaffirming the critique against the genocidal role of Buddhist Bhikkhus controlled by the government of Myanmar, among whom one can find Ashin Wirathu and the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee presided over by Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa, being preachers of hatred, apartheid and genocide;
Confirming the fact that due to the Judgment of the Buddhist Tribunal, the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee has banned the Ma Ba Tha group, although it has not banned its Islamophobic ideology, which is why Ma Ba Tha continues to exist under the name of the Dhamma Vansanurakhitta Association or Buddha Dhamma Charity Foundation;
I.                   It is expressed absolute solidarity with the millions of innocent lives of the Rohingya People that are being systematically and widespreadly annihilated by the illegal government of Myanmar, being persecuted, stigmatized, discriminated, dehumanized, violated, segregated, raped and exterminated in a way as evil as the Holocaust carried out by Nazi regime.
II.               It is stated that the Dhamma Vansanurakhitta Association or Buddha Dhamma Charity Foundation is responsible for Complicity with Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against Humanity, and Violation of the Buddhist Law and Human Rights.
III.            It is declared that Lama Lobzang will be judged for Violation of Buddhist Law.
IV.            It is manifested that people like Ashin Wirathu, who exist in Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Thailand, are destroying Buddhism through character assassination, attacking the intrinsic dignity of Spirituality.
V.                This Ethical Proclamation is invoked as an act of justice in the face of violations of Buddhist Law and Human Rights carried out by Ashin Wirathu, the State of Myanmar and the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee.
VI.            It is recalled once again that the Buddhist Path is the Salvation of humanity and of the world through spiritual love.

This Proclamation was written two thousand six hundred years after the creation of the Buddhist Community.

MANIFESTO on Israel’s Arms Sale

Case 02-2015: Myanmar
MANIFESTO on Israel’s Arms Sale
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, defender of the rights of global citizenship and of every living being of Mother Earth, exercising the cultural sovereignty that emanates from the Buddhist Peoples and Spiritual Communities, perfectly knows the situation of genocide and ethnic cleansing to which the Rohingya People of Myanmar is being subjected;
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has universal ethical vocation, so it calls on the entire international community to become aware of the crimes against humanity, such as forced disappearances, rapes of women, murders of children, torture and illegal executions that are being perpetrated by the government of Myanmar;
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights calls on the State of Israel to analyze, from the perspective of Ethics and International Law, the juridical situation of its arms sellings to the genocidal State of Myanmar;
It is expressed that the State of Israel is violating the human right to peace through military assistance to a State that is committing the worst international crimes, since the Government of Myanmar is actually exterminating the Rohingya People with total impunity.
It is stated that Myanmar government is using extermination techniques that are similar to those used by Nazism during the Jewish Holocaust (Shoah) yet used against the Roma and Sinti People (Gypsies) as well.
It is stated that the State of Israel is betraying the peaceful traditions of the Jewish People.
It is stated that 350 rabbis and leaders of the Jewish People in Israel and the United States of America (USA), such as the Rabbinic Call for Human Rights organization, have requested the State of Israel to immediately stop the arms sale to Myanmar, and have also requested that United States (USA) stop its training program, warning that this kind of action is supporting those who lead the world to destruction.
It is manifested that the State of Israel must follow the vision of the ancient prophets, which is similar to the teachings of the Buddhist Path, stop doing evil and begin to do good, which means stop selling arms to Myanmar and simultaneously denounce the genocide that such country is carrying out, showing that divinity is nothing more than mercy and compassion.
It is stated that Prophet Isaiah's vision was similar to the path of Master Gautama, teaching that the Nations of the world shall no longer take up arms and shall no longer learn about war.
It is stated that, according to the great sages, the Torah is a Path of Peace, so that the Jewish People cannot remain silent in the face of the injustices of the State of Israel,  having the duty to promote the prohibition of selling arms and military training, especially to countries that violate human rights, as prescribed by the Talmud.
It is stated that as a result of the pressure from the international community regarding the genocide carried out by Myanmar, the government of the United Kingdom (UK) has decided to suspend all military aid to that country for its human rights violations.
It is stated that the Israeli Supreme Court of Justice should hear and support lawyer Eitay Mack's request to prohibit selling arms to Myanmar.
It is expressed that Ofer Neiman, an Israeli human rights activist, has not only criticized the fact that the arms sale from Israel to Myanmar has been going on for many years, but has also criticized that the armament sold is the same one that has been used against the Palestinian People.
It is stated that the State of Israel could have used genocidal tactics against the Palestinian People, which is a fact that urgently needs to be investigated by International Courts.
The State of Israel is required to totally interrupt illegal arms selling to Myanmar.
The renunciation of the Israeli diplomat Amir Sagie is demanded, since he not only defended selling arms to Myanmar, but also accused the Rohingya People of carrying out war crimes.
On November 12, 2017 this Manifesto on Israel’s Arms Sale is expressed as a way of contribution to a more peaceful, just, cultured and healthy world.
Always with reconciliation (maitri),

LEGAL NOTICE to USA

Case n° 02/2015: Myanmar
LEGAL NOTICE to USA
Dear Government of the United States of America (USA), as a result of the multiple awards given to Aung San Suu Kyi, de facto president of Myanmar, who is collaborating and perpetrating the extermination of the Rohingya People, the Buddhist Tribunal of Human Rights has the duty to point out that your government has granted the highest awards and distinctions to an international criminal that is responsible for Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes Against Humanity.
While it is important that the United States of America (USA) rewards and gives value to human rights, it is urgently requested to remove or annul the awards given to Aung San Suu Kyi, such as the USA Presidential Medal of Freedom and the USA Congressional Gold Medal, because otherwise it will be endorsing her genocidal behavior. This action of annulment of the prizes awarded to Aung San Suu Kyi has already been carried out by several cities in the United Kingdom (UK), so the United States of America (USA) is expected to follow the same Path.
The United States of America (USA) must understand that Aung San Suu Kyi is carrying out international crimes with total impunity, even going so far as to denounce that the genocide against the Rohingya People is a fake news created by the Western media. The United States of America (USA) should follow the example of Senator Dianne Feinstein of California, who has stated that Congress must reevaluate its relationship with the government of Aung San Suu Kyi, suspending commercial benefits and military ties with Myanmar as well as sanctioning leaders who planned and executed this campaign of ethnic cleansing against the Rohingya People. The United States of America (USA) must seek justice for the thousands of women and children who have been raped and murdered by the Myanmar government. The United States of America (USA) must denounce Aung San Suu Kyi as a false non-violence model. The United States of America (USA) must be a beacon of light and hope in the world, instead of endorsing and ethically supporting international criminals. The United States of America (USA) should support democracy and human rights with determination and sacrifice, instead of maintaining prizes and endorsements toward de facto presidents and genocidal tyrants. The United States of America (USA) should show courage to carry out the most correct and appropriate political criticism, especially when human rights are being despised by your own government.
With a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

PRONOUNCEMENT on Prize for Freedom

Case 02-2015: Myanmar
PRONOUNCEMENT on Prize for Freedom
November 11, 2017
In the first place, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights congratulates the Oxford City Council, the Sheffield City Council and the Glasgow City Council for having removed the Freedom and Human Rights Prizes previously granted to Aung San Suu Kyi, de facto president of Myanmar, due to the defense and active participation of this leader in terrible violent crimes such as genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.
Secondly, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights continues to denounce that Aung San Suu Kyi totally abandoned her activism for peace and human rights, not only violating the rights of women and children, but also becoming one of the worst tyrants and genocidal individuals of the contemporary world, which needs to be urgently understood by all the institutions that have historically endorsed and supported Aung San Suu Kyi.
Third, the Buddhist Tribunal of Human Rights again rules about the Nobel Peace Prize awarded to Aung San Suu Kyi, because it is an illegal prize that betrays the memory of Alfred Nobel, who required that the awards be given only to peace champions.
Fourth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights supports the decision of Unison organization to suspend the honorary membership to Aung San Suu Kyi, at the same time that it supports the decision of the London School of Economics Student Union to remove the honorary presidency previously given to Aung San Suu Kyi.
Fifth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces Professor Thorolf Rafto Memorial Prize previously granted to Aung San Suu Kyi by the Rafto Foundation for Human Rights, requesting the immediate annulment of such prize which was established to honor the memory of human rights activist Thorolf Rafto.
Sixth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought previously granted to Aung San Suu Kyi, requesting the immediate annulment of such prize, especially considering that it has been granted by the European Parliament.
All these six points demonstrate once again that the Prizes for Peace, Freedom and Human Rights must be granted properly, having the duty to annul them immediately when the laureates carry out international crimes.
Always with spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

President and Judge of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights

Legal Requirement on Honorary Degrees

Case 02-2015: Myanmar

Legal Requirement on Honorary Degrees
November 11, 2017
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights legally requires Universities from all over the world to immediately abstain from holding Honorary Degrees given to the de facto President Aung San Suu Kyi of Myanmar, as this would imply endorsement of the human rights violations carried out by her genocidal government.
This requirement to revoke the Honorary Degrees given to Aung San Suu Kyi arises from the fact that the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has condemned this de facto president for the crimes of genocide, ethnic cleansing, crimes against humanity and high crimes against peace, which is a Sentence that the international community has begun to publicly endorse in the last few months from the undeniable forced displacement of 600.000 people of the Rohingya People who are fleeing from an attempt of extermination on the part of the government of Aung San Suu Kyi, which is a terrible fact that has been perversely considered by such president as a fake news.
Among the universities that have awarded Honorary Degrees to Aung San Suu Kyi are the University of Oxford, the Glasgow University, the University of Bristol, the Australian National University and the Seoul National University, who have erroneously considered that this international criminal contributes to democracy and the human rights. Therefore, it is publicly denounced the fact that these Honorary Degrees awarded to Aung San Suu Kyi are totally undeserved, violating the principles of education for peace which is regulated by the International Human Rights Law. In this sense, it is stated that it is not enough to remove pictures of Aung San Suu Kyi, as the St Hugh's College of Oxford has done, but actually, there is a duty to annul these prizes and distinctions given to someone who is Responsible for the worst crimes existing against human life and dignity. Keeping the Honorary Degrees awarded to Aung San Suu Kyi is a sign of support for each crime that this individual carries out, in addition to implying that these Universities lack total ethical and righteous leadership, which is fundamental to be able to appropriately teach their thousands of students. Universities must be committed to the highest ideals that exist, instead of endorsing those who maintain discrimination, oppression and death. Universities have to show courage and determination when defending the dignity of all human beings, becoming institutions that defend world peace and human rights, instead of maintaining academic honors toward genocidal individuals. To build a better world it is necessary for Universities to be ethical and humanitarian, conferring the highest honors only to those who act through wisdom and compassion. Universities must contribute to the harmony and evolution of human beings, never endorsing and honoring those who keep war and destruction of the world.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that this legal requirement to annul the Honorary Degrees given to Aung San Suu Kyi has historical precedents, as is the case of the University of Salzburg regarding its annulment of the Honorary Degrees given to the scientists Eduard Paul Tratz and Konrad Lorenz due to their participation within the Nazi party. As stated in the Judgment of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, the genocidal actions carried out by the government of Myanmar have a total resemblance to Nazism.
Always with a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha
President of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights

ACT ON Jehovah’s Witnesses

Case No. 30/2017: Supreme Court of the Russian Federation
ACT ON Jehovah’s Witnesses
On November 10, 2017 an Act of International Approval is issued to the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, especially to the Buddhist Judge Sisira de Abrew, because on May 29, 2015 in a legal case concerning violent attacks of Buddhist Bhikkhus against Jehovah's Witnesses it has been recorded that this Christian religion is composed of very kind people and that their publications are not against Buddhism, which is a legal and spiritual position that is very similar to the Ethical Judgment made by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights about the Jehovah's Witnesses who are persecuted by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
The Jehovah's Witnesses' community in Sri Lanka has suffered multiple physical attacks, threats and mistreatment on the part of violent Bhikkhus belonging to extremist groups of False Buddhism, similar to the Islamophobic group that recently invaded UN offices in order to attack refugee women and children belonging to the Rohingya People. The hostile conducts toward the Jehovah's Witnesses lack police protection to minority religious groups, so that there is intolerance and impunity on the part of the Bhikkhus who attack them. In this sense, by violating both the Buddhist Law and the Sri Lankan Constitutional Law, the Buddhist Bhikkhus have falsely denounced several members of the Jehovah's Witnesses because of their beliefs, causing the Sri Lankan police to make arbitrary detentions along with torture or physical and psychological mistreatment.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that this immoral and illegal behavior on the part of Buddhist Bhikkhus not only violates the Buddhist Law and the Sri Lankan Constitutional Law, but it also violates the International Human Rights Law, so that it is approved that the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka decides to listen to the Jehovah's Witnesses who are victims of these violations of Buddhist Ethics and of the fundamental freedoms. The Sri Lankan judicial system must investigate and sanction those cases of police passivity, even though there are Buddhist Bhikkhus who do nothing but destroy the cultural legacy of Master Gautama through the practice of a Violent False Buddhism. At the same time, the police must intervene to help victims of human rights violations, never allowing physical violence like that one denounced by Niroshan Silva. To follow the Path of Master Gautama and honor the ancient Buddhist Civilization system which existed in Sri Lanka, justice must prevail in any place and time, especially protecting the human right to freedom of religion and conscience.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights is once again at the disposal of Sri Lankan authorities to help them solve the problem of intolerance and discrimination that is spreading violently within certain groups of Bhikkhus who are betraying the Buddhist Law and the peaceful coexistence in Sri Lanka. In this way, it is requested to prosecute and condemn all those who violate the human rights of Jehovah's Witnesses as well as other religious communities. Intimidation and violence must cease immediately, to give way to the happening of conciliation and solidarity. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights expects Sri Lankan courts to enforce both the human rights treaties and the Constitution and Law of such beautiful country, protecting the supreme right to Peace and Spirituality. The defense of liberty, equality and fraternity is to enforce the mission of the Buddha-Dharma-Sangha created by Siddharta Gautama 2600 years ago.
Always with spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

Judgment about "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph"

Case No. 34/2017: Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph

ETHICAL JUDGMENT
Dear Prosecutor, Public Defender, Ambassador, Press Secretary and Members of the Jury of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee (IBEC) and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights (BTHR), regarding the Case 34-2017 against "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph", on November 12, 2017, it is hereby recorded that the trial to analyze the violation of Human Rights and Buddhist Ethics made by the accused has been concluded. This Case has been carried out as a result of the "Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Case" and the "Ken Wilber Case".
After the analysis of the presentation of the Case and the validation of proofs, it has proceeded with the voting of 5 members of the Jury, confirming that there was 1 vote of Insanity and 4 votes of Responsible for "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" for the serious crimes of Organized Crime, Terrorism, Crimes against Humanity and Peace, Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism. In addition to the fact that the group "Aum Shinrikyo" and its leader "Shoko Asahara" have already been condemned by the Japanese justice for multiple homicides and other offences, they have also carried out international crimes and human rights violations through terrorist acts, torture, crimes against humanity and violations against Buddhism. This shows that "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" is a False Buddhist Spirituality, being really a criminal organization that illegitimately usurps the Spirituality tradition founded by Siddharta Gautama, deceiving and manipulating thousands of people through the supposed possession of spiritual status with the purpose of committing crimes. In this way, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights declares that "Shoko Asahara" is a false spiritual master, so that his whole movement or sect is spurious, immoral and illegal, devoting itself rather to organized crime instead of engaging in spiritual, ethical and humanitarian activities. Thus, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has implemented the jurisprudence used in the "ISIS Case", "Ricardo Javier Ocampo Case", "State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee Case", "Ken Wilber Case" and "National Ecclesiastical Tribunal Case", declaring "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" as responsible for spiritual fraud with the aim of committing illegal acts.
On the other hand, the fact that the Japanese courts of justice have sentenced the false master "Shoko Asahara" to death penalty for his serious crimes not only does not imply any kind of restorative sentence or ethical teaching to the thousands of followers that compose the "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph", but also constitutes a violation of the human right to life, which is why the Japanese State is required to annul the death sentence against "Shoko Asahara" and it is required to install him in a psychiatric institution to receive psychological assistance for the rest of his life. It is even requested Japanese Buddhist Masters to provide free and unconditional spiritual teachings to Mr. "Shoko Asahara" so that he can learn True Buddhism and he can repent and make public apologies to all his victims as well. Only this kind of wise and compassionate action will prevent the "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" cult from continuing to carry out crimes against humanity and international peace. In fact, declaring this movement as False Buddhism and simultaneously locking its leader in a psychiatric institution would be the best ethical teaching for its thousands of followers, who undoubtedly have followed a psychotic individual with apocalyptic delusions.
The Maitriyana Community offers the accused "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" this Ethical Judgment as a teaching method on how a Righteous and Appropriate Spirituality (Samma-Sasana) truly behaves. If the members of this illegal cult quickly learn from this Ethical Judgment and stop following the criminal "Shoko Asahara" then they can eventually become a genuine spiritual community. Even, if the group "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" stops doing evil, begins to do good and purifies the mind of its members through the teachings of the true Awakened and Savior Beings (Buddhas-Christs), then the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights could also come to the conclusion that this criminal group has been rehabilitated and that they might be part of Buddhism. This decision would have precedents not only in the "Angulimala Case", which was about a serial killer redeemed through the supreme ethical guide of Master Gautama, but also in the "Yakkha Tribe Case", which was about a murderous and cannibal community but then pacified and rehabilitated by Master Gautama.
Due to the fact that associating Buddhist Spirituality with any kind of terrorist group constitutes an unprecedented defamation, from the "Ken Wilber Case" the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has decided to carry out a trial against "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" in order to categorically differentiate Buddhism from Terrorism, since while Spirituality is linked to the evolution of life and love, instead, terrorist groups are linked to spreading death and hatred. In this sense, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights clarifies that all journalists and scholars who associate Buddhism with the terrorist activities of "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" will be defamating and slandering against all the spiritual communities (sanghas) of the world.
The Maitriyana is a Path of Peaceful Liberation and a pathway of reconciliation (wakai), functioning as a lifestyle that confronts the ignorance and manipulation of the governments and sects of the world. Thus, the tradition of Buddhist Law reserves itself a special condemnation toward those who betray and attack Spirituality. However, simultaneously, reconciliation (wakai) is always reserved as a possibility to cure division, dualism and disunity. The practice and theory of Maitriyana is effectively a path to Salvation through active contemplation, compassionate wisdom and humanitarian ethics. Therefore, the Buddhist Law is a pathway of self-sacrifice or self-surrender (wa) for the sake of others, strengthening the roots so that a world of harmony and Great Peace (Yamato) grows. This means that the Maitriyana project transcends East and the West, seeking the realization of a worldwide Pure and Righteous Earth, which would be created and maintained only through dialogue with values. The paradoxical-dialectical logic used by spiritual masters is precisely aimed at the production of social and planetary harmony, seeking to generate an essentially peaceful humanity. In this way, the millenary experience of Buddhist Law has much to offer in the contemporary era that lacks ethical leadership, where the human being seems to have forgotten that the Purpose of every society must be to live in harmony. The mission of Maitriyana is to protect that horizon or goal of reconciliation (wakai), which is the most powerful force in history, being much more powerful than any nuclear bomb. Even though it may eventually suffer persecutions, the movement of Buddhist Law has been in the world for over two thousand six hundred years. It is a movement that precedes all existing States, and without any doubt, will continue to exist when the States of the future emerge. This is because Spirituality has the power to be the most powerful force in the face of dissatisfaction, impermanence and insubstantiality of life. Even if it is not something perfect, permanent and substantial, the ethical leadership is much more powerful than any government in the world. Maitriyana is the pathway of reconciliation (wakai), practicing the peaceful art of understanding, detachment and liberation, judging injustices through compassionate wisdom, which goes beyond contemplation and ethics, being a drive of altruism and spiritual love in the Universe. The day when nations understand that this Earth is Eden and that humanity can once again experience paradise in the here and now, by being in harmony with nature, that day the Buddhist Law will have fulfilled its Great Purpose (Maha-Dharma).
In conclusion, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has the Purpose (Dharma) to correct the sectarian movements through True Spirituality, which implies a direct criticism of the cults that distort Spirituality by supporting violence. Therefore, it is established that "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" has violated the teachings of Masters Gautama and Jesus through terrorist attacks and crimes against humanity, which in addition to being international crimes and Human Rights violations are also a Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism that immediately nullifies any supposed relationship between Buddhism and "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph". Undoubtedly, spiritual teachers must be ethical leaders and never criminal psychotics who commit crimes and attack the sacredness of human life. The Pure Land or Kingdom of Righteousness will never happen through violent means, but it can happen only through peace and justice. Therefore, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights practices Spirituality, Ethics and International Law as an adequate means to create a better world. In this way, the Case of “Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph” is a great lesson for the sects and cults to be purified by means of the Force of Peace and Justice, instead of the predominance of political power and economic manipulation.
Following the Masters Gautama and Jesus, who developed a Path of Peace and Justice that profoundly transformed humanity, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights supervises that sects and cults do not attempt against ethics and human rights, never betraying the Compassionate Wisdom of the divine, reason why "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph" has been sentenced as Responsible for Organized Crime, Terrorism, Crimes against Humanity and Peace, Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism.
With spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

President and Spiritual Judge of Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
