NOTIFICATION to Boras Zoo

Case 06-2015: Surabaya Zoo

NOTIFICATION to Borås Djurpark (Boras Zoo)

On January 21, 2018, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights communicates with Bo Kjellson, director of the Boras Zoo, following the tragic episode in which this company ordered the murder of 9 infant healthy lions for reasons of space. The press has disseminated this episode as a sacrifice, although the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that the correct legal classification for these criminal acts would be multiple homicides. Although the Swedish law still does not consider advanced animals as non-human beings with full civil rights, this situation will inevitably change during the 21st century, as is evidenced by contemporary international jurisprudence and the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Non-Human Beings, where the civil rights of advanced mammal animals gradually begins to be recognized.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights clearly considers that the murder of defenseless advanced animals, especially cubs, is violating the sacredness of life and constitutes one of the main violations of Buddhist Law. In fact, in the past, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has publicly denounced the eugenics programs of the JYLLANDS PARK ZOO, where mass public assassinations of giraffes were carried out. Obviously, these murderous acts demonstrate the profound lack of respect that zoos have toward all forms of life, ignoring and not knowing that in sentient beings the same sacrality of human life is latent: the spiritual or dharmic nature.
In this sense, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal of Human Rights classifies all the murders carried out by the zoos of the world as criminal, and being nothing more than illegal prisons, thus warning CEO Bo Kjellson of Boras Zoo that in case of persist with these homicidal activities they will be legally denounced, as was done to the government of Australia for the ecocide plan of millions of feral cats.
Finally, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights provides total solidarity to all the sentient beings of the world, fighting for the recognition of their intrinsic dignity, especially for their right to life and liberty, which is recognized and protected in the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Non-Human Beings. Thus, unconditional and altruistic love is offered to all animals of the world, especially when they are deprived of their life, liberty or health.

Legal Requirement to Ogyen Trinley Dorje 17th Gyalwang Karmapa

Case 05-2015: Lama Ole Nydahl
Legal Requirement to Ogyen Trinley Dorje 17th Gyalwang Karmapa

January 24, 2018
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, after concluding an ethical trial in 2015, sentenced Ole Nydahl as Responsible for Discrimination, False Buddhism and False Spirituality, Violation of Buddhist ethical precepts, Political Persecution and Attack on Human Right to Freedom of Expression. Then, in May 2017 an Act of repudiation against Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa was issued for his continued support of Ole Nydahl, requiring him to take action against this individual, because his Islamophobic teachings are a betrayal of the Buddhist Path, by warning that inaction and passivity before these facts would constitute an Act of Complicity. However, Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa simply replied that he hoped that the work of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee serves to cool emotions and help all sentient beings on the Path to Enlightenment.
Due to the fact that on January 18, 2018 the International Buddhist Ethics Committee issued a LEGAL WARNING to the Karma Kagyu Lineage requesting the immediate expulsion of Ole Nydahl as a member of that Buddhist School for teaching Islamophobic ideas that undermine the sacredness and purity of Buddhist Spirituality, Ogyen Trinley Dorje 17th Gyalwang Karmapa is immediately informed about the violations against Buddhist Ethics committed by both Ole Nydahl and those spiritual leaders who are endorsing him.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee agrees with Ogyen Trinley Dorje 17th Gyalwang Karmapa that the Islamophobic and genocidal actions of certain Bhikkhus of Myanmar affect not only their own reputations but the reputation of all Buddhists. For this reason, it is requested that the same criteria be applied to Ole Nydahl, Responsible for Discrimination, False Buddhism and False Spirituality, Violation of the Buddhist ethical precepts, Political Persecution and Attack on the Human Right to Freedom of Expression, having to be expelled from the Sangha, otherwise his permanence would affect the ethical and spiritual reputation of all the Buddhists of the Karma Kagyu Lineage.
Therefore, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee asks for wise and compassionate support from Ogyen Trinley Dorje 17th Gyalwang Karmapa, requiring him to support an expulsion process against Ole Nydahl with the aim of purifying these acts of misbehavior and corruption that undermine the spiritual mission of the Karma Kagyu Lineage. The only reason why Ole Nydahl still belongs to the Karma Kagyu Lineage is a monetary reason, although corruption violates the principles established by Buddhist Law.

Always with a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

President of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights

Legal Requirement on baby Abdul Masood

CASE 36-2017: Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo
Legal Requirement on baby Abdul Masood

January 20, 2018
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights legally requires Cardinal Charles Maung Bo that if he wants to work for reconciliation and healing wounds in Myanmar, he should then apologize and offer a mass in honor of the baby Abdul Masood who died in the context of forced deportations tending to exterminate the Rohingya People, which constitutes an act of Crimes against Humanity, Ethnic Cleansing and Genocide. In the context of these international crimes and human rights violations, the Myanmar government has murdered thousands of children, including beheading or burning them alive, in addition to sexually abusing thousands of women and murdering thousands of unarmed men.
This requirement to honor baby Abdul Masood's sacredness of life and of the thousands of other children killed by the military-civic dictatorship of Myanmar is an opportunity for the Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo to apologize for their support for the genocidal regime in Myanmar, which recalls the Catholic Church's support for Nazism during World War II in the context of a genocide against the Jewish and Gypsy Peoples.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that every process of reconciliation and healing of wounds in Myanmar first requires a process of recognition of the Truth of facts, never its concealment or silence, taking responsibility for the terrible and irreparable damages committed against thousands of defenseless lives. Therefore, it is publicly denounced the fact that while the Vatican Government continues to support the civil-military dictatorship of Myanmar, keeping absolute silence and not denouncing the genocide suffered by thousands of babies, children and women of the Rohingya People, then it will not only be violating the principles of the International Human Rights Law, but also have totally betrayed the Christian Spirituality led by the Master Jesus of Nazareth. In this sense, it is declared it is not enough simply to say that peace, reconciliation and healing are sought, since these are not mere speeches or intentions but are practices that require first the evanescence of impunity and complicity. As has been developed in the jurisprudence of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, the fact of maintaining religious, moral and political support for the government of Myanmar constitutes an act of absolute complicity with its human rights violations, perpetuating an environment of impunity toward genocide, ethnic cleansing, crimes against humanity and peace. Religions and spiritual communities must be committed to the highest ethical and humanitarian ideals that exist, instead of endorsing those who maintain tyranny and murder. Religions and spiritual communities must show courage and determination when defending the dignity of all human beings, instead of seeking to ally themselves with corrupt and criminal world powers. To build a better world it is necessary that religions and spiritual communities always practice compassionate wisdom, never endorsing the extermination of children and rapings of women.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that this requirement to respect, honor and pay tribute to the life of baby Abdul Masood and the rest of the thousands of children exterminated by the government of Myanmar, not only follows the ethics developed by Siddhartha Gautama, but it is also faithful to the teachings of Master Jesus, who established that only those who live with the harmony and purity of children will be able to access the Kingdom of Heaven.

Always with a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

LEGAL WARNING to the Karma Kagyu Lineage

Case 25-2017: Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society

LEGAL WARNING to the Karma Kagyu Lineage
January 18, 2018
Dear Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa,
Recently Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society has been found Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism, declaring the nullity and immorality of the awards given by this institution, among which is the "Sakyamuni Buddha International Award". While Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa has received this award, it is required that it be destroyed or returned, as it has a spurious nature as a result of being associated with the revalidation of the scammer named "Ronald Lloyd Spencer", who was awarded by Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society. About the spurious nature of this award, Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa was previously notified by the Ethics Committee on May 30, 2017, although he decided not to take any kind of public action on this matter, despite the fact that this award compromises his integrity and ethics since it is a revalidation of fraudulent activities. Although it is important that Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa receives spiritual awards or recognitions for the spiritual knowledge he may possess, it is also important not to maintain complicit silence when the source of such rewards is spurious and immoral, especially taking into account that Dr Milind Jiwane, President of Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society, recently not only has affirmed lies and threats before the Ethics Committee, but has even stated that Buddhist Law is an "illegal way" and that he will only follow the "Law of India". Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa is duly warned that in case of continuing to remain silent to the award given to "Ronald Lloyd Spencer" by Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society, then this will constitute a violation of Buddhist Ethics.
Concordantly, a contestation is made regarding the spiritual support that Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa has given to Mr. Ole Nydahl, who is Responsible for Discrimination, False Buddhism and False Spirituality, Violation of the Buddhist ethical precepts, Political Persecution and Attack on the Human Right to Freedom of Expression. Ole Nydahl, along with Ashin Wirathu and Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa, are part of a legion of false Buddhists who transmit Islamophobia, which violates the Human Right to Peace and the Human Right to Interreligious Harmony. This must be criticized and condemned with the full force of Law and Ethics, especially considering that the Islamic communities for decades are being subjected to multiple genocides in several countries of the world. Islamophobia then constitutes a Discourse that favors discrimination, apartheid, genocide and crimes against humanity.
Although it is appreciated that Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa is transmitting a spiritual and non-religious vision of Buddhism. However, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee establishes that complicit silence with violations of Buddhist Law and Human Rights is a very serious violation of Active Contemplation, Compassionate Wisdom and Humanitarian Ethics that constitute the three gems of Buddhism. These pillars must be continuously practiced and never abandoned, and must be fulfilled and followed by the apprentices and practitioners as well as by the highest Buddhist masters.
In conclusion, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee urgently requires Thaye Dorje 17th Gyalwa Karmapa the following:
1.       1. Destroy or return the Prize received from Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society, because it is an award with illegitimate origins.
2.      2. To expel Ole Nydahl from the Karma Kagyu lineage for teaching Islamophobic ideas undermining the sacredness and purity of Buddhist Spirituality.
Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a Violation of Buddhist Ethics.
With a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

LEGAL WARNING to the Supreme Court of Pakistan

Case 04-2015: ISIS

LEGAL WARNING to the Supreme Court of Pakistan
Dear Supreme Court of Pakistan, as a result of the sentence of death penalty signed in 2010 against sister Asia Bibi, who is the mother of two girls, for blasphemy against Islam, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, on January 23, 2018, points out the fact that the Pakistani law supporting this conviction constitutes an unconstitutional law because it is a Violation of the International Human Rights Law, especially for breaking the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) adopted by the UN and signed by Pakistan, violating the right to life, the right to freedom of religion and the right to freedom of thought and expression.
Although the government of Pakistan has the right to maintain an Islamic Law system, however, the country has no right to violate International Law through illegitimate and fundamentalist laws which are totally the same ones as the homicidal system practiced by ISIS. While Asia Bibi was condemned to death penalty after rejecting an attempt of forced conversion to Islam, there are elements to require their immediate release due to violation of due process, but also the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights states that there are deep elements to declare as unconstitutional and unconventional the shameful Pakistani law that creates the death sentence for blasphemy, being a law that violates human rights and establishes an oppressive system similar to the ideology of ISIS.
Accordingly, it is contested that these kinds of laws do nothing but attract and strengthen the ideology of ISIS, whose movement is growing in Pakistan. If the Supreme Court of Pakistan does not want to see the same thing happening in its country such as what ISIS did in Syria and Iraq, then it should annul the death penalty for blasphemy, having the duty to immediately release Asia Bibi and the rest of those imprisoned for this illusory infraction. In case of keeping this kind of medieval, immoral and inhumane laws in Pakistan Crimes against humanity by systematic illegal incarcerations will not only be committed, but will also be kept the ideology from which ISIS was born, enabling this terrorist guerrilla to grow until being able to get political power in Pakistan, access the nuclear bombs that the country possesses and endanger the lives of hundreds of millions of human beings around the world.
In conclusion, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights appreciates that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has not yet executed Asia Bibi, although it also considers that her imprisonment is totally illegal and violates human rights, so that her immediate release is ordered within the next 5 days, as well as it orders the annulment of the death penalty law for blasphemy suffered by many illegally detained persons. The deadline to notify compliance with this urgent request made by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights will be 5 days. In case of failure to comply with this requirement the Supreme Court of Pakistan will be investigated and brought to trial for possible Crimes against humanity, among other charges.
With a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

NOTIFICATION to Ven. Dhammananda

Case 25-2017: Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society

NOTIFICATION to Ven. Dhammananda

On January 18, 2018, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights communicates with Ven. Dhammananda following the Judgment that was made against the Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society for the crimes of Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism, which was sentenced as of said institution has refused to cancel a prize given to the scammer named "Ronald Lloyd Spencer". Although the Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society was offered to make a Conciliation Agreement, this institution decided to break the agreement, deciding to keep the award given to the criminal "Ronald Lloyd Spencer", who has used said prize as well as the image of Ven. Dhammananda to revalidate himself and continue to cheat hundreds of naive people.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights clearly considers that Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society is violating the sacredness of Buddhism through complicity with criminals. In fact, after receiving the Judgment, Dr Milind Jiwane President of Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society stated that he only follows "the Law of India" and that he won’t follow the "illegal way" of Buddhist Law. Obviously, these demonstrations demonstrate Dr Milind Jiwane's profound lack of respect for Buddhism, ignoring that, according to International Human Rights Law, the Sangha has the right to maintain its own legal norms and traditions.
In this sense, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights declares nullity of all the prizes awarded by Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society, such as the "Sakyamuni Buddha International Award", requesting Ven. Dhammananda to destroy or return the prize she has received from this institution that is Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism.
Finally, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee provides full solidarity with the quest for equal rights for Buddhist women, something that has been explicitly pointed out in the Buddhist Convention on Human Rights during the Eighth Buddhist Council. Thus, all the Bhikkhunis of the world are offered access to full scholarships to study advanced courses, and there is even the possibility of presenting complaints in the Ethics Committee when they are discriminated because of their status as women.
With a spirit of Reconciliation (Maitri),

Legal Act on Dr Milind Jiwane

Case 25-2017: Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society

Legal Act on Dr Milind Jiwane

Dear H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang, Ven. Banagala Upatissa Nayaka Thero and Ven. Sanghasena,
On January 18, a Legal Act on International Repudiation to the "Sakyamuni Buddha International Award" given by the Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society is issued, because this institution has been sentenced as Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism. During the ethics trial it has been proved that Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society has refused to cancel the award given to the swindler called "Ronald Lloyd Spencer". Dr Milind Jiwane, President of Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society, has claimed in a lying way that Buddhism and Indian law prohibit cancelling a prize. After the "Responsible" Sentence of Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism, Dr Milind Jiwane communicated with the Prosecutor of the Ethics Committee making threats, also stating that he will only follow the "Law of India "and will never follow the "illegal path" of Buddhist Law.
Therefore, it is confirmed the fact that "Sakyamuni Buddha International Award" constitutes a spurious and immoral prize, having to annul all prizes awarded. Thus, H.H. Drikung Kyabgön Chetsang, Ven. Banagala Upatissa Nayaka Thero and Ven. Sanghasena should destroy or immediately return the prize they have received from Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society, Institution that is Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism.
Always with a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

Judgment about Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur

Case 25-2017: Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society
ETHICAL JUDGMENT
Dear Prosecutor, Public Defender, Ambassador, Secretary and Jury Members of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee (IBEC) and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights (BTHR), regarding Case 25-2017 against "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society ", on January 14, 2018, it is hereby recorded that the trial of the Committee has been concluded to analyze the violation of Buddhist Ethics by the accused.
After analyzing the presentation of the Case and the validation of the evidence, the Committee has proceeded with the voting of 7 members of the Jury, confirming that there were 1 vote of “Innocent” and 6 votes of "Responsible" for "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" for the crimes of Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism. In addition, there is an aggravating circumstance since the accused has breached a Conciliation Agreement, which constitutes an act of Violation of Buddhist Law. When interpreting and giving voice to the Jury members' vote, it is concluded that "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" does not have any valid excuse to reward criminals and fraudsters who attempt against the dignity of Buddhist Spirituality. In addition, the accused has stated to the International Buddhist Ethics Committee that Buddhism and the Law of India prohibit annuling prizes previously granted, which is a perjury and an absolute lie, being a new Violation of Buddhist Law. In this sense, it is perceived that a possible economic background or handout would be the only possible reason to explain why the accused has decided to keep maintaining a spiritual prize to a scammer who violates and attempts against the sacredness of the Buddhist Spirituality and who also dishonors the memory of Ambedkar. In this way, this Judgment teaches "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" that should comply not only with the ethical precepts of Buddhist Spirituality, but also with the jurisprudence established by the International Buddhist Ethics Committee, because when this does not happen there are consequences (karma). The proofs of the Case have shown that "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" is within the framework of illegality after failing to comply with the judgments, requirements and conciliatory agreements issued by the International Buddhist Ethics Committee. However, if the defendant eventually came to publicly apologize and remedy the damage caused, by canceling the award granted to the scammer Ronald Lloyd Spencer, then a post-sentencing reconciliation agreement would have been achieved, and any charges against the accused could eventually be annulled. Until this happens, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee declares that "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" is Responsible for Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism, and Violation of Buddhist Law. On the other hand, it is hereby put on record that the United Buddhist Nations Organization will not accept the institutional membership previously requested by the accused.
In accordance with Ambedkar, the Maitriyana fights for justice understood as liberty, equality and fraternity between all human beings, promoting the development of a society based on righteous and adequate relationships. Thus, the Buddhist Law seeks the existence of justice in all fields of life, proposing a political, economic, cultural and environmental system that becomes the foundation of a new empathic civilization. This implies an attempt to evade fraud and falsehood that are present in those who have selfishness, dualism and consumerism, which are evils supported by the Ego, Ideology and the State. In this way, the Maitriyana teaches that in order to establish and maintain justice in the world, both the individual and society has to practice contemplation-in-detachment, wisdom-in-compassion and ethics-in-humanitarianism, because without the virtues of benevolence and purification there is no possibility of bringing justice to the world. However, this passion for justice that Buddhist Law has is not actually a new pathway, but it is intrinsic to human nature. Precisely, both the spiritual communities (sanghas) of the past and the current Maitriyana movement have been ways for self-realization of justice in the world. Since its creation 2,600 years ago, the Buddhist Law has been invoking a communitarian justice that self-transcends the illusory differences between castes, social classes and creeds. This obviously requires a libertarian attitude in the face of tyranny and mundane Power. Just as Ambedkar defined justice as liberty, equality and fraternity, the Maitriyana defines it as the transmission of Detachment, Truth and Love, which requires protecting the intrinsic dignity of life and simultaneously fighting against greed, hatred and deceit. In this sense, the Buddhist Law teaches to create just and harmonious social relations, but simultaneously teaches to combat fraud, scam and the lies of the rich and powerful who think they have more dignity than those who are poor and oppressed. In the same way as Sartre, the Maitriyana recognizes the principle that Liberation is always synonymous with Responsibility, criticizing those who, in the name of Liberty, resort to the extremes of debauchery and complacency in the face of crime and injustice which obviously betray the Purpose (Dharma) of Buddhist Law. Therefore, the Maitriyana is the maximum protector of justice and human rights, fulfilling the unfinished goals of Ambedkar in his democratic and socialist struggle against injustice, exploitation and inhuman treatment by those who produce war, poverty, ignorance and pollution. In short, the Buddhist Law seeks to liberate humanity from suffering caused by greed, aversion and manipulation, seeking to alleviate people's needs and also protect them from abuses. If justice is liberty, equality and fraternity, if justice is righteous and appropriate relationships, then justice could never tolerate lies, fraud and falsehood. Taking advantage of its independence and autonomy from States, the Maitriyana is heading legal and constitutional courts that fight against discrimination and degradation, thus requiring both individuals and organizations to comply with the duty of Righteousness.
The Buddhist Law is one of the main bastions of justice in the history of the world, so it should never be allied with injustice in exchange for money, power or reverence. In accordance with Ambedkar, the Maitriyana is a rebellious and unshakeable movement in its struggle against injustice, oppression, inequality and animosity, working tirelessly for the transformation, Salvation and Cure of humanity. The libertarian socialist vision of Buddhist Law does not seek that the spiritual commune (sangha) be outside of the society in general, but it seeks that the latter be guided by the just, virtuous and interdependent principles of liberty, equality and fraternity. Therefore, the Maitriyana differs from religious systems, proposing the principles of justice in multiple fields, such as pacifist politics, solidary economy, advanced culture and ecological health. Unlike contemporary capitalist civilization, the spiritual master criticizes warmongering, social injustice, ignorance and pollution. Obviously, the Free and Enlightened Beings (Arhats-Bodhisattvas) criticize both the general society and the spiritual communes (sanghas) when they do not fully follow the principles of liberty, equality and fraternity, denouncing them when they perform acts of fraud, deception and manipulation that constitute a violation of Buddhist Law and the human rights. For the Maitriyana, justice is not simply the correct relationship between people and the State, but it is actually a much more comprehensive and integrative principle which is associated with the Purpose (Dharma) of life. For this reason, the Buddhist Law speaks in the name of the perennial values of peace, justice, education and ecology, in order to achieve Serenity in the internal world and Tranquility in the external world. This requires both the abolition of caste systems that produce social inequality, as well as the abolition of false and deceitful ideas. The spiritual master ethically judges civilization, being based on the highest standards in order to guide the world to well-being. This is why both Ambedkar and Maitriyana have had the courage to even correct the mistakes of Mahatma Gandhi, considering that a world of peace and justice requires the total destruction of the system of castes and social classes, never being tolerant in the face of deception and oppression. When religious and political systems are tolerant of discrimination, alienation, manipulation and fraud, then they become unjust, immoral and illegal systems. By recognizing and defending the principles of liberty, equality and fraternity, the Buddhist Law is positioned as the most important Integrative Spirituality in the world, being the fundamental basis of the libertarian socialist civilization. On the other hand, when the spiritual communes (sanghas) do not recognize the principles of justice and Truth, they are condemned to pervert themselves and disappear by means of inequality and deceit. Like Gautama and Ambedkar, the Maitriyana rejects caste social systems and also the fraudulent ideas that repress the event of the just and awakened society. Therefore, the Buddhist Law criticizes the spiritual communes (sanghas) that are contrary to social reform and righteousness, considering that True Spirituality is that what works to create a free, egalitarian and fraternal society where each citizen can achieve Ascension-in-the-Path. This means that through learning peak knowledge (satori), according to Maitriyana, each subject can become a Superhuman, an Evolved and Awakened Being (Buddha). Thus, the idea that there are beings born in this higher state is an illusory, oppressive, discriminatory, false, segregationist and manipulative notion, being an idea that denies the intrinsic spiritual nature that is latent in every human being. The Buddhist Law then considers as something fundamental the task of judging in Equity those who violate humanitarian ethics, compassionate wisdom and active contemplation, since these practices are the cause of a social order of liberty, equality and fraternity. The Maitriyana is a beacon of light and hope for the world precisely because it teaches both the individual and society to become an Awakened Being (Buddha) and an Enlightened Commune (Bodhisangha) respectively.
The Maitriyana is not only an instrument to rectify the self-government of the spiritual communes (sanghas), but also to liberate all peoples from alienation, since this Path of social revolution and justice has political, economic, cultural and environmental principles for a new civilization, honoring at every moment and place the fundamental rights of all sentient beings, especially of the oppressed ones, as is the case of the lower social classes, women, children and tribes. Undoubtedly, the Buddhist Law was born in the context of democratic tribal republics of Ancient India, so the spirit of Maitriyana is more millenarian than it seems, being the most multidimensional discipline in the history of the world. Therefore, in Buddhist Law, justice has multiple aspects, such as political, economic, cultural and environmental, allowing all human beings to live in the highest standards of existence. Just like Judge Krishna Iyar, the Maitriyana considers that justice is the social force of the Supreme Law of life, guiding society toward the values of liberal democratic politics, the egalitarian economy, the fraternal culture and the integral ecology. Thus, for the Buddhist Law, justice goes beyond the mere application of laws and political norms, because it also defends environmental and social justice, and even justice against cultural manipulation and spiritual fraud. In agreement with Ambedkar, the Maitriyana works for justice to achieve the unity of the whole humankind, since dualism, alienation and discrimination conform some of the main evils and sources of suffering. This implies that the true spiritual masters are always defenders of human rights, practicing benevolence, integration, tolerance, charity and mutual support. In this sense, the Buddhist Law seeks the abolition of castes and social classes together with the evanescence of fraud and cultural deceit, taking care of the intrinsic dignity of all beings. This passion for justice and rectitude makes the Maitriyana to correct and guide all the spiritual communities (sanghas) of the world whenever they deviate from the Right Path. The Buddhist Law is then the pathway toward the Awakening (Bodhi) of all the sentient beings of the Cosmos. This attitude is the maximum incarnation of the defense of fundamental natural rights, such as the right to peace, to evolution and Salvation, so that one must fight adequately against war, barbarism and the Apocalypse. In this way, the Maitriyana totally transcends the state legal system that sentences in Law and without relation to ethics, instead preferring to judge in Equity to administer justice in a more effective, ethical and empathic way. The great Free and Enlightened Beings (Arhats-Bodhisattvas) have been human rights champions, having the dream of a new planetary order, a libertarian socialist civilization of peace, justice, knowledge and harmony, and that it is fully conscious and awakened facing the problems of life such as war, poverty, ignorance and pollution. The Buddhist Law is the way to achieve this goal, so it should be complied and respected.
In conclusion, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee has the Purpose (Dharma) that Buddhist Spirituality remains pure and is never perverted or infiltrated by fraudsters and corrupt people, having the duty to denounce and cancel any award to those who commit such serious and unpunished crimes. Therefore, it is established that "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" is violating the Buddhist Ethics by means revalidating the figure of Ronald Lloyd Spencer, who is Responsible for participating in acts of Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism. Undoubtedly, each spiritual commune (Sangha) has the right to reward those who it wishes, but simultaneously have the duty not to violate the Buddhist Law and the ethical precepts. Thus, the case on "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" is a great teaching for the accused to learn to correct its mistakes, not to support criminals and remain free of bribes or gifts that corrupt integrity and Sacredness of Spirituality.
Following the Path of Master Gautama Buddha, who created and developed a spiritual commune (Sangha) of righteousness two thousand six hundred years ago that immediately resolved all kind of infractions, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee oversees that the spiritual communities (Sanghas) of all the world do not attack or betray the purity of Spirituality, so that "Ashwaghosh Buddhists Foundation Nagpur (India) & Jeewak Welfare Society" has been sentenced as Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law and Complicity with Spiritual Fraud and False Buddhism.
With a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

Legal Requirement on the Rights of the Child in Iraq

Case 04-2015: ISIS
Legal Requirement on the Rights of the Child in Iraq

January 7, 2018
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights legally requires the State of Iraq to immediately annul the parliamentary amendment draft that removes the minimum age of 18 years for the marriage of women, since this project implies an endorsement of sexual violations to underage girls, which will constitute a crime against humanity as it is a systematic and widespread torture and sexual abuse. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights warns conservative Shiite deputies who submitted such amendment on October 31, 2017, that the issue of Human Rights is above any cultural custom, which should be corrected or annulled when they violate the Natural Law or intrinsic dignity of the whole humanity. In this sense, it should continue with the legislation in force since 1959, which had transferred to the State and to its judiciary the decisions on family matters that were previously decided by the religious authorities. Thus, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights declares that the opinion of the sages (ulemas) of Shiism and Sunnism should never be mandatory for state judges who decide on issues related to the children’s rights. Even though conservatives claim that the marriage of nine-year-old girls is a millennial practice allowed in Islam, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights states that this legislative amendment is quite similar to the medieval ideology of ISIS and its cruel selling of female sex slaves, providing legal coverage for the rape of girls, as denounced by retired military Hadi Abbas.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that although the government of Iraq has militarily defeated the ISIS guerrilla, it must now defeat it culturally and spiritually, so in addition to expelling it from Iraqi territory it must also expel it from the hearts and minds of its citizens, since this cruel and obscurantist ideology is a real threat against the development of civilization. However, to banish this dangerous ideology, the world must have a greater degree of unity and interexistence, having to cure the main cause of such evil: poverty. In this way, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights teaches that the best way to fight against terrorism is not through war but through the education for peace, fighting humanitarianly against poverty and social injustice.
Certainly, the ISIS guerrilla took advantage of extreme poverty and the situation of destruction of the institutions of the Iraqi State as a result of the blockades and genocidal invasions of the UN and the United States, so that in view of this climate of abandonment of society, ISIS carried out a system of sexual abuse and war crimes against children in a systematic and widespread way, even committing forced disappearances, genital mutilation and sexual slavery with total impunity, as well as forcing the recruitment of minors to commit homicidal acts. UNICEF has been able to describe the situation of children under the control of ISIS as a framework of assassinations, kidnappings, forced marriages and sexual abuse. At the same time, the Road to Peace organization has confirmed that children of Mosul have been living as mice, suffering dramatic and traumatic situations as a result of living without water or food. Faced with this serious humanitarian crisis that has not yet ended, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights requires the State of Iraq to invest in shelter, appropriate food, medical care and education for the thousands of orphans or homeless children who are in a situation of gravity, instead of enacting medieval laws that violate children's rights and turn girls into mere objects.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights recalls that during the 1990s more than 500,000 children died as a result of the illegal UN blockade that prevented the Iraqi population from accessing food, water and medicine, so that this blockade has been sentenced as a crime of genocide. In addition to this serious violation of human rights, the structure of the State of Iraq was almost totally destroyed during the American invasion, again producing a catastrophic environment and that was not conducive to the physical, mental and spiritual development of Iraqi children. Both the UN blockade and the US invasion have violated children's human rights, such as the right to life, health, education, security, family and freedom in a systematic and widespread way, thus leaving almost all of the population and millions of children in a state of malnutrition, disease and absolute poverty. In fact, this process of blockade and occupation -catalogued as acts of genocide and war crimes- has been so successful with its assassinations and forced displacements that caused around 5 million children to be orphans, and even causing around 500 thousand children living on the streets without any type of home, family, medical attention, decent food and education. Therefore, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights calls for the international community to help the State of Iraq, especially its children, so that they can get out of the situation of chaos and terror that they have suffered for around 3 decades with the blockades and invasions of the UN, USA and ISIS, all of which have behaved in a criminal manner.

Resolution on Attack to Islamic Cultural Center

Case No. 04-2015: ISIS
Resolution on Attack to Islamic Cultural Center

January 4th, 2018
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights,
Recalling the principles of Buddhist Law, human rights and fundamental freedoms established by international instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the United Nations, and the Buddhist Convention on Human Rights adopted by the United Buddhist Nations Organization;
Considering that human rights and fundamental freedoms of the Islamic communities, especially their rights to life and peace, should be respected without any discrimination;
Aware that contemporary Islamic communities are vestiges of an ancient Civilization that was spread throughout dozens of countries for hundreds of years;
Enormously concerned by the discrimination made by contemporary capitalist civilization when associating Islamism with Terrorism, which stigmatizes the life and culture of hundreds of millions of people;
Deploring the existence of ISIS guerrilla group that, in addition to carrying out acts of genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity, also propagates a False Islam;
Taking into consideration that 95% of the victims of ISIS are Muslims, which demonstrates the fundamentally heretical nature of ISIS by making perverse massacres against communities to which it says to represent;
Examining that these events not only distort the ethical precepts of the Prophet Muhammad, but also constitute an abhorrent Violation of the International Human Rights Law, being a false ideology that not only does not represent Muslims, but also defames and attacks them homicidally;
Bearing in mind that when ISIS guerrilla carry out terrorist attacks against unarmed civilians they not only carry out War Crimes, but also High Crimes against Peace, killing unarmed men and defenseless women and children;
Affirming that the terrorist attack perpetrated by ISIS in December 2017 against a Shiite Islamic cultural center and a news network in Kabul (Afghanistan), where more than 40 people died, constitutes an act of genocide whose purpose is to totally destroy the Muslim religious group that does not believe in ISIS guerrilla;
Expressing concern at the fact that, according to an analysis by the Conflict Armament Research organization, more than 43% of ISIS weaponry was produced in the superpower country of China, such as the Chinese Type 81 rifle;
1.      Reaffirms that Buddhist Spirituality fully respects the ethical principles of Islamic Spirituality;
2.      Calls for the respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms of the Muslim people, having to differentiate it with respect to any association with the ISIS group;
3.      Solemnly establishes that any violent practice that attempts against the sacredness of life is a Violation of the International Human Rights Law;
4.      Expresses the hope that unarmed civilians will never again be attacked by military or paramilitary groups, which constitutes a War Crime and High Crimes against Peace;
5.      Deplores as illegal US President Donald Trump's acts of discrimination against the Muslim People, to which he has stigmatized and associated repeatedly through a State-sponsored Islamophobia;
6.      Declares that the acts of genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity carried out by ISIS against Muslims make it absolutely False Islamism, demonstrating then that speaking of "Islamic Terrorism" is nothing more than an ethnocentric defamation made by the Western culture;
7.      Calls upon all members of the Buddhist People to show compassion toward the thousands of Muslims who are being killed by ISIS, never having to follow the false teachings of Islamophobic and False Buddhist teachers like Ashin Wirathu or Lama Ole Nydahl.

DECREE on José Miguel Vivanco – Director of Human Rights Watch

Case 10-2015: Argentina

DECREE on José Miguel Vivanco – Director of Human Rights Watch

HAVING SEEN the Judgment of the " Case Argentine & President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner" carried out by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, on December 15, 2015, for the charges of Crimes Against Humanity, Violations of Human Rights, Violation of the Rights of Tribal Peoples, Ecocide and Corruption;
CONSIDERING THAT:
The Judgment rules the Responsibility of the Argentine government in Covering-up of Terrorist Attacks committed by the State of Iran against the Argentine People;
In said Judgment especially prevails, among many other crimes, the Responsibility of the Argentine Government for the crime of Magnicide and Conspiracy against Prosecutor Nisman, whose murder took place within the context of a legal system of Corruption, Impunity and Injustice;
Also, the Judgment dictates Responsibility of the Argentine State in the crimes of Oppression to Aboriginal Peoples, Violent Repression and Police Abuse, Torture and Inhuman Prison Treatment, whose system infringes human rights and has been maintained both in the government of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner as well as in the government of Mauricio Macri;
It is also highlighted the fact that two years after the Judgment against the Argentine government, the legal system of that country has recently agreed that Prosecutor Nisman was murdered as a result of his functions in the investigation of the terrorist attacks, a few days after having denounced Cristina Fernández de Kirchner for Covering up of terrorist attacks;
Argentine Judge Bonadio has recently agreed to prosecute Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and almost a dozen Argentine political leaders as being Responsible for Covering up of terrorist attacks for orchestrating a criminal plan with Iran aimed at eliminating INTERPOL international arrest warrants against 6 Iranian politicians accused to be the intellectual authors of the terrorist attack against the Argentine People, and therefore Judge Bonadio interpreting that said actions constitute a Treason of one's Country by Cristina Fernández de Kirchner when allying herself and covering up a State that carried out an act of war against Argentina;
The Iranian government, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has confirmed that in the past it signed an agreement with the Argentine government with the aim of eliminating INTERPOL's international arrest warrants against its officials, something that had been systematically denied by the Argentine officials of the government of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner;
In accordance with what was expressed in the Judgment made by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, it is inescapable that the Argentine legal system has begun to agree with the content ruled during the Judgment on December 15, 2015, especially with the charges of Corruption, Magnicide and Covering-up of Terrorist Attacks, which demonstrates the courage and commitment to Truth on the part of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights;
On July 1, 2016, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights issued a Judgment against the State of Iran, sentencing it as Responsible for the charges of Ecocide, Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing, Crimes against Humanity, Crimes against Peace, Discrimination, Violations of the rights of women and children, Social Oppression and Anti-democratic System, State Terrorism and False Islam;
In face of the terms of the ruling issued by Judge Bonadio of Argentina, when prosecuting former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner for Covering up terrorist attacks, mysteriously José Miguel Vivanco -Director of the organization Human Rights Watch in America- decided to publicly criticize Judge Bonadio, considering his opinion as nonsense, irrational, crazy, implausible, without serious foundations, with feeble arguments and scant evidence;
Human Rights Watch organization requested that the Argentine Justice should immediately reverse this decision of Judge Bonadio;
Judge Bonadio's ruling, by prosecuting Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and her henchmen for the Cover-up of Terrorist Attacks, became final after ratification by the Federal Chamber composed of magistrates Martín Irurzun and Eduardo Farah, and even became final the arrests against the accused ones among whom the ex-chancellor Hector Timerman can be found, validating the crime of Cover-up but removing the charge of Treason to one's Country;
The complaint filed by Prosecutor Nisman was so valid that it eventually produced the prosecution of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner for Covering-up of Terrorist Attacks, which shows that the murder of Prosecutor Nisman sought to avoid this current result;
Human Rights Watch organization should promote justice and respect the memory of the victims of the terrorist attack against the Argentine People, having the duty not only to support the prosecution of those responsible for the crime, but also the prosecution of those who have covered-up and provided impunity to the intellectual authors of the terrorist acts, even if the ones that covered-up such attacks were been the government officials themselves;
It is only agreed with Human Rights Watch in the fact that according to International Law preventive detention must be imposed as a last resort, because even the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights is in favor of Restorative Justice Measures that are alternatives to the cruel punishment of imprisonment;
Therefore, it is DECREED:
ARTICLE 1°.- Approving the Prosecution of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner -and her accomplices- for the crime of Covering up of terrorist attacks, which constitutes a Crime against humanity, as was opportunely Sentenced by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights in December 2015.
ARTICLE 2°.- Reproving the Human Rights Watch’s Communiqué where the prosecution against Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is criticized.
ARTICLE 3°.- Ordering Human Rights Watch to abstain from continuing to irresponsibly opine on the "Argentina Case" previously sentenced by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, having the duty to promote respect for the memory of Prosecutor Nisman, who was assassinated by the former Argentine government.
ARTICLE 4º.- Inviting Human Rights Watch to collaborate and work together on investigations concerning human rights violations.
ARTICLE 5°.- Communicating Human Rights Watch that the current Argentine government of President Macri continues to carry out a framework of systematic violation of human rights, both in the prison field and in the oppressive regime of the Tribal Communities and Indigenous Peoples of Argentina.
ARTICLE 6°.- Offering Human Rights Watch all the Active Contemplation, Compassionate Wisdom and Humanitarian Ethics possessed by International Buddhist Law.

LEGAL WARNING to Pope Francis I

CASE 36-2017: Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo

LEGAL WARNING to Pope Francis I

Dear Vatican Government and Pope Francis I, following your various meetings with the de facto leaders in Myanmar, who are perpetrating the extermination of the Rohingya People, on December 30, 2017, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has the duty to point out that your visits have been a show of support and public revalidation to international criminals who are responsible for Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing, Crimes against Humanity, High Crimes Against Peace, Violations of International Human Rights Law and Violation of Buddhist Law.
While it is important that the Vatican Government has international relations with the countries of the world, its eagerness for power and influence cannot result in the enormous cost of maintaining silence or being an accomplice to human rights violations, so it is urgently requested the annulment of the public support that has been given to the civic-military dictators Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing of Myanmar, but it is also required that the Vatican publicly denounce Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against Humanity that is being committed against the defenseless Rohingya People. In case to continue keeping silence in the face of the extermination of the Rohingya People, mostly babies, women and the elderly, there will be no doubt that the Vatican Government is being an accomplice to these international crimes. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights considers it is a scandal that Pope Francis I supports and joins Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing, while refusing to receive the hundreds of thousands of victims of pedophile priests.
Accordingly, it is made and objection with regards to Pope Francis I's visit to the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee led by Dr. Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa,  since it is an organization that has been sentenced for being complicit with genocide, ethnic cleansing, crimes against humanity and peace, discrimination, violation of the rights of women and children, violation of freedom of expression, violation of the rights of indigenous and tribal peoples, arbitrary arrests and violation of Buddhist Law. The Vatican Government must cease associating with international criminals who are revalidated through its blessings, pleasant encounters, public support and complicit silences, so it should begin to denounce the world's evils, such as the extermination systematically suffered by the Rohingya People on the part of the dictatorial and genocidal government of Myanmar.
Unlike what Dr. Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa said during his meeting with Pope Francis I when he stated that they should exercise restraint and refrain from intervening in matters of other religions, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights considers that it is a duty of every spiritual master and ethical leader to criticize and denounce those religious groups that violate human rights and disrespect the intrinsic dignity of life. While the Maitriyana is in favor of building understanding and mutual support among all religions of the world, this should never happen with the cost of complicit silence to violations against the supreme human right to world peace and social justice. There is no doubt that the dictatorial and genocidal government of Myanmar is destroying the special ethical position that Buddhism has in the Universe, which seems to be doing it with the approval of the Vatican Government and Pope Francis I. Ergo, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights states that the alliance between the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and the Vatican Government, led by Dr. Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa and Pope Francis I, would be betraying the fundamental principles taught by the great Awakened Ones and Saviors (Buddhas-Christs) of history, such as Masters Siddhartha Gautama and Jesus of Nazareth, who gave their lives to the Path of Spiritual Love toward all beings and never betrayed the Truth, since indifference and complicit silence never lead to peaceful coexistence between the States and Communities of the world. Effectively, when the Free and Enlightened Beings (Arhats-Bodhisattvas) denounce evil they are not carrying out intolerant acts, hate speech or false propaganda, but rather they are exercising the gift of the righteous and adequate word, fighting non-violently against the activities that contribute to the destruction of humankind. Although the Maitriyana is in favor of friendship, respect and love between the Buddhist People and the Christian Community, even developing the discipline of Buddhist Christianity, however it is denounced that the alliance between the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and the Vatican Government is neither an opportunity for peace and justice nor to respect human dignity and integrity, but it is an alliance that only contributes to the ongoing covering up of the extermination against the Rohingya People, to whom even Pope Francis I accepted not to recognize their existence or name them while staying in Myanmar.
The Maitriyana appreciates that Pope Francis I has quoted and compared the teachings of Master Siddharta Gautama with Saint Francis of Assisi. However, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights states that complicit silence is a betrayal of both the teachings of Siddharta Gautama and Francis of Assisi, both declared as Awakened Beings (Buddhas) by the Maitriyana Spirituality. Certainly, genuine spiritual masters are not dedicated to simply quote nice phrases from other thinkers, but are dedicated to carry out acts-of-guidance, criticizing hatred and practicing kindness, criticizing violence and practicing forgiveness, criticizing evilness and practicing goodness, criticizing opulence and practicing generosity, criticizing lies and practicing the Truth. Unlike the alliance between the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and the Vatican Government, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights is an instrument of peace, justice, knowledge and health in the world, so it never keeps complicit silence in the face of the four evils of war, injustice, ignorance and pollution. The Maitriyana brings light to a world where powerful groups bring darkness, because spiritual masters should give their lives to inspire and guide others through the Law of Truth, working with Active Contemplation, Compassionate Wisdom and Humanitarian Ethics so that the illusory divisions between all peoples can be vanished.
In conclusion, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights considers the alliance between the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and the Vatican Government as an illicit association, for being an alliance aimed at keeping impunity and never seeking justice for the thousands of babies, children and women raped and killed by the government of Myanmar. In fact, the alliance between the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and the Vatican Government must function as a beacon of light and hope through denouncing Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing before international tribunals. However, the alliance between the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and the Vatican Government is positioned as the religious-moral endorsement and support to both civic-military dictators, betraying then the life of Self-sacrifice and Awakening that characterized Gautama and Jesus. In short, not only the rapists and murderers of the government of Myanmar are stained with the blood of the Rohingya People, but also all those religious groups that are keeping complicit silence to the sexual abuse and extermination of thousands of babies, children and women.
With a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha
President and Spiritual Judge of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee (IBEC) & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights (BTHR)
