Judgment about Ven. Lama Lobzang

Case No. 37/2017: Ven. Lama Lobzang
ETHICAL JUDGMENT
Dear Prosecutor, Public Defender, Ambassador, Secretary and Jury Members of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee (IBEC) and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights (BTHR), regarding Case 37-2017 against "Ven. Lama Lobzang", on December 30, 2017, it is hereby recorded that the trial of the Ethics Committee has been concluded to analyze the violation of Buddhist Ethics on the part of the accused.
After analyzing the presentation of the Case and the validation of the evidence, 8 members of the Jury have voted, confirming that there was 1 vote for "Insanity", 1 vote for "Inocent" and 6 votes for "Responsible" to "Ven. Lama Lobzang" for the serious crime of Violation of Buddhist Law. When interpreting and giving voice to the vote of the Jury members, it is concluded that "Ven. Lama Lobzang" does not have any kind of excuse to commit a violation of Buddhist Law, because even if the Sangha of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) became regulated by the government of India this would not exonerate "Ven. Lama Lobzang" for keeping a genocidal criminal as a Spiritual Patron within the organization, and precisely this situation would not exonerate him because allowing such governmental intrusion would be in itself a new violation of Buddhist Law. In this sense, the defense advocated by the Public Defender, even without knowing it, is proof and acceptance of the charges for which "Ven. Lama Lobzang" is being accused, by justifying a Violation through another Violation against Ethics. In this way, this Judgment teaches "Ven. Lama Lobzang" that he should comply not only with the ethical precepts of Buddhist Spirituality, but also with the jurisprudence established by the International Buddhist Ethics Committee. The evidence of the case have shown that "Ven. Lama Lobzang" is within the framework of illegality after failing to comply with the sentences, notifications, requirements, resolutions and proclamations issued by the International Buddhist Ethics Committee. However, if "Ven. Lama Lobzang" would eventually apologize and remedy the damage caused, expelling Dr. Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa (president of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee of the Government of Myanmar) as Patron of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), then it would have come to a post-sentence reconciling agreement, eventually being possible to cancel all charges against the accused. Until this happens, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee declares that "Ven. Lama Lobzang" is Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law.
On the other hand, it is put on record that the causes of this wrong behavior of "Ven. Lama Lobzang" are not only the fact of ignoring the recent International Buddhist Ethics Committee's Judgments, but also having failed to comply with the inspiring message of the World Association of Buddhism issued on July 25, 2013, when it was written to "Ven. Lama Lobzang" and the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) the following: “please always remember to practice Detachment, be poor in the outside and rich in the inside; The Noblest goal of Buddhist Spirituality must be to bring Enlightenment to all the peoples of the world. Two of the Maitriyana Commandments are: Only Spirituality can save the world, guiding people toward the Awakening and Liberation of materialism, and, Technological Development is not the Real Evolution. The True Evolution of Humanity can only proceed through the Spiritual Evolution of consciousness, transforming the mind and society through pacifism, social justice, wisdom and ecology. These are the four pillars of the Cure for the ills of the world that are war, poverty, ignorance and pollution.” For not having learned the art of humility and detachment, which is to maintain a pure and correct mind, "Ven. Lama Lobzang" has decided not to comply with the basic guidelines of Buddhist Law, ceasing to behave like a Master in order to incarnate the function of a politician.
After 2600 years of the unique system of civilization of Buddhist People, the Maitriyana acquires historical significance by developing International Buddhist Law as an ethical theory and practice that fully evolves the legal canons of the past. The fundamental direction of the Maitriyana vehicle is to realize in the here and now what is called Supreme Buddhism or Buddhism of the Future. Through the unique sagacity of active contemplation, compassionate wisdom and humanitarian ethics, the International Buddhist Law is positioned as a great countercultural movement of spiritual leadership, correcting and guiding humanity toward the splendor of a better world. When analyzing the history of spiritual communities (Sanghas) the Maitriyana becomes the movement that defends righteousness the most, containing the highest precepts to reach Peace, Justice, Truth and Cure, given that peak knowledges of all the main Awakened Ones (Buddhas) of history are preserved and honored. Indeed, the progressive development of this Supreme Buddhism has led to the creation of the Buddhist Convention of Human Rights within the framework of the Eighth Buddhist Council conducted by the United Buddhist Nations Organization, which is totally distinguished from any international Sangha, especially in comparison with the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), fully demonstrating that even without money and without governmental support the most extraordinary and revolutionary projects of the International Buddhist Law can be realized. Precisely, this independence and autonomy of the Maitriyana Community in relation to the States makes it have great ethical legitimacy, carrying out a style of teaching that emanates humility and genuineness in every act and word. However, the International Buddhist Law does not aim to simply preserve the purity of the Spiritual Commune (Sangha) by means of internal rules, but also seeks to build a Pure Earth or Kingdom of Righteousness in the world, which entails creating a superior ethical doctrine and practice. This contribution provides pacifist politics, socially just economy, free advanced culture and ecological health. Thus, the Maitriyana teaches that Supreme Buddhism is important and decisive for the survival and evolution of all humankind, otherwise civilization will disappear because of the evils of war, injustice, ignorance and pollution. In short, the International Buddhist Law follows the Purpose (Dharma) of the Free and Enlightened Being (Arhats-Bodhisattvas) to fight for the Salvation of all beings, since in each sentient being there resides potentially a dharmic nature that desires to emerge or to be liberated. Therefore, the Maitriyana not only shows absolute mercy toward all human beings, such as the Rohingya People victim of extermination by the Myanmar government, but also has mercy toward non-human beings, teaching that the search for individual liberation is nothing more than a limited and false pathway while it is not accompanied by the search for collective liberation. In this sense, the International Buddhist Law considers that making criticisms and judgments against injustice and impunity is a way of contributing to the Awakening (Bodhi) of others, teaching that Mindfulness, Peak Knowledge and Righteousness are essential for a free and enlightened life.
Maitriyana is a way of perceiving existence from the perspective of the Supreme Buddhism, so that it uses paradoxical dialectic logic to overcome and banish all kinds of contradictions or dualisms between different spiritual traditions. In accordance with the analysis of the Nirvana Sutra by Master Wonhyo, the Supreme or Perennial Buddhism synthesizes all the teachings of the Sutras, bringing together and reconciling all the currents into only one, which is the true non-dualistic meaning of the teaching of the Awakened Ones (Buddhas). The reconciliation of doctrinal controversies and harmonization of different expressions (hwajaeng hoet'ong) or the reconciliation of different interpretations (hwajaeng) is not an idea created by Master Wonhyo, but is the way to develop the paradoxical dialectic logic method to be able to have a correct understanding and decipher the true Sense of Spirituality. This syncretism and harmonization (hwahoe) is the clearest, most rational and truthful procedure in the methodological Purpose of understanding the One Way (Ekayana) of Master Gautama. The idea of reconciling and harmonizing different interpretations and teachings of Spirituality within a great unity is not a mere theoretical goal of the Supreme or Perennial Buddhism, but rather it is a pragmatic methodology, since the intention of this syncretism is to illuminate the true Purpose ( Dharma) of the teachings of Master Gautama, especially emphasizing that people should be taught not to venerate an Awakened Being (Buddha), and that instead they should be taught how to become an Awakened Being (Buddha). In this way, the task of International Buddhist Law is a historical and key guidance, because without ethics and rectitude there is no kind of Awakening (Bodhi) of True Self or Cure (Nirvana) from suffering. This is what differentiates the Maitriyana from all religions and philosophies, establishing its practical goal in the spiritual transformation of humanity and not in worshiping idols or in learning mere ideas, affirming that Supreme Buddhism requires the unification of the three Pathways of Active Contemplation, Compassionate Wisdom and Humanitarian Ethics to be able to lead all beings toward their dharmic nature or intrinsic dignity. It is not an exaggeration to state that the International Buddhist Law is positioned as a world ethical leader when supervising all the spiritual communities (sanghas) not to violate their internal precepts and also when supervising that all States do not violate human rights. The Maitriyana defends the wise and compassionate life with deep passion and unbreakable commitment, so that its historical significance is undeniable, only being able to be ignored by an ignorant and oppressive culture. In fact, the International Buddhist Law not only investigates and prosecutes those who do evil, but it is also a movement that works to do good and spiritually purify the entire humankind, proclaiming that a Dharmic Civilization with socialist libertarian characteristics should be inaugurated. Therefore, it implies a dialectical transcendence of the poles of savage capitalism and dictatorial communism. In accordance with Master Ikeda's third civilization and Middle Path policy, the Maitriyana proposes the Dharmic Socialism and the International Buddhist Law as political and juridical tools to build a new civilization with spiritual, solidaristic and altruistic foundations, demonstrating the superiority possessed by the Mystic Law with respect to State and Interstate Law, and choosing the best elements of both. The Maitriyana is the most powerful spiritual force in the world, being the doctrine and practice that is most consistent and harmonious with the dharmic nature of human being, since the International Buddhist Law is an instrument to fulfill that universal goal of harmony, well-being, self-realization and self-transcendence. Even though a perfect society is not attempted to be created, which would be nothing more than a metaphysical illusion, the Maitriyana certainly seeks to create a healthy and awakened society, which is a real possibility and fully demonstrable by the Spiritual Communes (Sanghas) in the here and now. But for there to be free and enlightened societies, it is undoubtedly required that they be attentive, wise and compassionate communities, having ethics and altruism as their vital beacon. Without these good practices, communities and societies become perverted, sinking into greed, violence and deceit. Therefore, the International Buddhist Law cannot tolerate the existence of spiritual communities (sanghas) that fail to fulfill their function of being models of exemplary behavior, given that they would be contributing to the evils that are supposed to eliminate. Through non-violence and law the Maitriyana confronts contemporary materialistic civilization that is pathologically obsessed with technological and scientific development. Thus, the Free and Enlightened Beings (Arhats-Bodhisattvas) guide humanity toward the construction of a spiritual civilization in the present. Indeed, the spiritual communities (sanghas) are the seeds of that libertarian socialist civilization of the future, so these special communities deserve to be protected, not allowing to be contaminated by unhealthy and illegal elements. Undoubtedly, it is important that spiritual communities (sanghas) practice contemplation and wisdom, but spiritual masters such as Gautama have taught that without ethics every community is doomed to self-destruction. Materialist civilization is currently destroying humanity and nature through war, poverty, ignorance and pollution, so it is fundamental that the International Buddhist Law ensures the survival of the world and guides the people toward the Cure (Nirvana) of psychic and social suffering. Humanity is asleep and sick, so it needs spiritual masters to show the way toward Awakening (Bodhi) and Cure (Nirvana), teaching the adequate revolution in the internal and external world, instead of contributing to the status quo of systematic and widespread violation of human rights. The Maitriyana, in an illuminative way, states that outside the Ethics there is no Truth or Purpose (Dharma).
In conclusion, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee has the Purpose (Dharma) that Buddhist Spirituality remains pure and is never perverted or infiltrated by corrupt, murderers, rapists, torturers and genocidal people, having the duty to denounce and expel anyone who commits such serious crimes and impunity. Therefore, it is established that "Ven. Lama Lobzang" is violating the Buddhist Law through the revalidation of the figure of Dr. Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa (President of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee of Myanmar), who is responsible for participating in acts of Genocide and Crimes against Humanity among several other serious crimes. Undoubtedly, each spiritual commune (Sangha) has the right to decide who its members and Patrons are, but simultaneously they have the duty not to violate the Buddhist Law and the ethical precepts. In this way, the Case on "Ven. Lama Lobzang" is a great lesson for the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC) not to support criminals and remain free and independent from governmental control, as has happened with the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee of the genocidal government of Myanmar, when governmental control is exerted over the spiritual commune (Sangha) the purity and dignity of Spirituality is always perverted and destroyed through Violations of Buddhist Law.
Following the Path of Master Gautama Buddha, who two thousand six hundred years ago created and developed an exemplary spiritual commune (Sangha) that immediately resolved all kinds of violations of righteousness, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee oversees that the spiritual communities (Sanghas) across the world do not attack or betray the purity of Spirituality, that is the reason why "Ven. Lama Lobzang" has been sentenced as Responsible for VIOLATION OF BUDDHIST LAW.
With spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

Resolution on Demonization of the Fellow Beings

Case No. 36-2017: Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo

Resolution on Demonization of the Fellow Beings

Friday 22 December 2017
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights,
Recalling the principles of the Buddhist Law and the International Human Rights Law, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the UN and the Buddhist Convention on Human Rights adopted by the United Buddhist Nations Organization;
Considering that the State of Myanmar along with its de facto leaders Aung San Suu Kyi and Ming Aung Hlaing have been sentenced Responsible for the serious crimes of Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing, Crimes against Humanity, High Crimes against World Peace, Violation of International Human Rights Law and Violation of Buddhist Law;
Aware that the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee of Myanmar has been sentenced as Responsible for the serious crimes of Complicity with Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing, Crimes against humanity and peace, Violation of the Rights of Indigenous and Tribal Peoples, Violation of Freedom of expression, Violation of the rights of women and children, Complicity with discrimination, Oppression and illegal detention against the Buddhist Sangha, False Buddhism and Violation of the Buddhist Legal Code;
Concerned enormously by the full public support expressed on several occasions by Cardinal Charles Maung Bo and the Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon toward the de facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi, despite the fact that she is perpetrating crimes against humanity;
Deploring the visit of His Eminence Pope Francis I to the State of Myanmar, showing public support to the genocidal leaders Aung San Suu Kyi and Ming Aung Hlaing, visiting the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee and even accepting to make an act of negationism regarding the identity or existence of the Rohingya People;
Taking into consideration that during the visit of His Eminence Pope Francis I to the State of Myanmar during November 2017, the forced expulsions of members of the Rohingya People continued, which results in an amount of 650 thousand people in the year, being one of the worst refugees crises in the history of humankind;
Examining that according to the prestigious organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) during the month prior to the visit of His Eminence Pope Francis I to the State of Myanmar, there were unofficial killings of 6700 individuals from the Rohingya People, many of them babies or children, which would allow one to extrapolate the fact that for each day Pope Francis I stayed in Myanmar this government murdered 220 people of the Rohingya People daily;
Reaffirming the Judgment of November 27, 2017 against Cardinal Charles Maung Bo and the Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon, which establishes that the visit of His Eminence Pope Francis I to the State of Myanmar in the context of a systematic and generalized plan of extermination against the Rohingya People constitutes one of the greatest scandals in the history of Christianity, being as serious as a hypothetical scenario in which Pope Pius XII would have legitimized Nazism by visiting Auschwitz during the final solution or Nazi extermination plan against the Jewish People;
Appalled at the fact that the genocidal government of Myanmar has begun to persecute journalists who are spreading news about the genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity perpetrated by the government against innocent civilians, which has led the organization Fortify Rights and Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the UN, to publicly denounce this attack against press freedom, requesting the immediate release of those journalists illegally detained;
Publicly denouncing the support of the governments of Vatican and China toward the genocidal State of Myanmar, considering that both of them have directly and indirectly prevented Myanmar from being judged by the International Criminal Court (ICC);
Repudiating Pope Francis I’s recent statement saying that the Devil is an educated and very intelligent person with a name and surname, which is not only a delusional idea but also an illegal idea that violates human rights and fundamental freedoms, being a dangerous tool because it would absolutely legitimize violence against any possible person who would be defamed with the Devil label just because of being someone contrary to the political and economic interests of the Vatican;
Noting that Pope Francis I has precedents in the use of the resource of demonization of fellow beings, as when he declared that behind the opposition to his reforms there was the participation of the Devil, as well as when he declared that the Homosexual Marriage Law in Argentina was a move of the devil to destroy the plan of God, even going so far as to ask for the beginning of a Holy War against the approval of this law;
Recalling the Universal Declaration on the Rights of Buddhist Peoples and Spiritual Communities, where it is stated that every human being has the same spiritual value, so that any doctrine or practice manifesting the superiority of some individuals over others on the grounds of national, geographical, racial, ethnic or cultural origin constitutes an expression that is philosophically racist, scientifically false, juridically illegal, ethically criticizable and socially unjust;
1.      It is solemnly established that Buddhism will always criticize all violent practices threatening the life and sacredness of all human beings.
2.      It is expressed that the teachings of Master Jesus of Nazareth lead to compassionate love toward the others, and never lead to demonizing the fellow beings.
3.      It is deplored as illegal the idea that a human being can be the Devil, being a concept that has been used historically to commit persecutions, murders and even Holy Wars.
4.      It is declared that the acts of genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity carried out by Myanmar against the Rohingya People are precisely the fruit of a process of demonization against this marginal community, being the same process of demonization of fellow beings that took place in Germany against the Jewish People.
5.      It is made a correction of the false ideas of Pope Francis I, who considers that the thousands of child abuses committed by Catholic priests are actually a work of the Devil, which not only implies transmitting misleading ideas but also not taking responsibility for the terrible crimes caused by the Church, in addition to hiding the fact that he himself has actively participated in the defense of the Argentine pedophile priest Julio César Grassi, as has been proven during the National Ecclesiastical Tribunal Case, sentenced for the crimes of  Violation of the Human Right to Justice, Spiritual Fraud and False Christianity.
6.      All members of Catholicism are called upon not following the path that leads to the Demonization of the fellow beings, because the Devil does not exist, just being a superstition and a symbolic figure created by humanity, as respectively has been taught by the theologian Vito Mancuso and the priest Arturo Sosa of the General Congregation of the Society of Jesus.
7.      It is confirmed that the only source of Evil in the world is not a person or a metaphysical entity, but rather is attachment, aversion and unconsciousness; in other words, greed, hatred and deceit, which are the three poisons of mind and heart, which can only be cured and evanesced through the antidote of Detachment, Compassion and Wisdom.

Always with a reconciling spirit,

Ruling on Civil-Military Dictatorship of Myanmar

Case 02-2015: Myanmar

Ruling on Civil-Military Dictatorship of Myanmar

December 11, 2017
As a result of a recent military report from Myanmar, absurdly exonerating itself and denying the massive atrocities committed against the Rohingya People, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights issues the following independent and neutral Ruling where it is renewed the condemnation of the civil-military government of Myanmar for the charges of Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing, Crimes against humanity and High Crimes against Peace. This Ruling is necessary from the recent worsening of the circumstances of the Rohingya People, which has been subjected to mass murders and sexual abuses organized by the government, especially against women and children, creating living conditions that have recently forced more than 600,000 people to flee desperately to Bangladesh, where they are not welcomed as well. For the de facto leaders Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing, Myanmar is only fighting terrorists and these deaths are not from innocent people, coming to the point to consider genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity denounced by international organizations as nothing but fake news.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights agrees with Amnesty International that the government-supported military systematically enter neighborhoods of the Rohingya People where they illegally execute men and boys, rape girls and women, and then burn down all houses with elderly and babies inside, repeating this pattern in many areas of Myanmar. These murders and massacres that have annihilated thousands of people, mostly minors, along with systematic and widespread torture and sexual abuse with the purpose of traumatizing, exterminating and expelling the Rohingya People, constitute irrefutable proof of crimes against humanity, violating the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights criticizes the civil-military dictatorship of Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing for having carried out a real coup d'état against the constitutional rights of the People of Myanmar, instead of respecting its sovereign and democratic will. This authoritarian, dictatorial and criminal alliance by Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing, supported even by the Vatican, has had terrible consequences, since it has not only maintained laws restricting freedom of expression and keep political prisoners incarcerated, but they have also plotted together to give total impunity to serious violations of the International Human Rights Law such as mass murders, which has even been criticized by Katina Adams of the US Department of State. In this sense, US Congressmen such as the Republican Steve Chabot and the Democrat Joseph Crowley have tried to carried out economic sanctions against the military regime of Myanmar, trying to send a clear message that there is no excuse for cruel and extensive deportations of civilians, although it is undoubtedly very difficult to issue economic sanctions to a country that during a genocide receives the papal support of the Holy See. In a position totally opposed to such complicity, organizations such as the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and Fortify Rights have publicly denounced the genocide that is happening in Myanmar against the Rohingya People.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights recalls that Myanmar was formerly a country member of the Buddhist Civilization, so that the Buddhist Law system still has an enormous political and cultural importance in this country. In this way, it is confirmed that the civil-military dictatorship of Myanmar, through an ongoing genocidal behavior that has been described as ethnic cleansing by Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein, High Commissioner for Human Rights at the UN, and by Secretary Rex Tillerson of the USA, has been violating all the ethical and humanitarian principles of the Buddhist Law. At the same time, Pramila Patten, UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict, has recently stated the same position that the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has had since its creation in 2015, denouncing that the Myanmar Army should be judged before the International Criminal Court (ICC) for using sexual abuse as an act and weapon of genocide, in addition to using torture and burning houses as tools of persecution against children and women in order to forcibly leave the country. This public request for Myanmar to be judged before the International Criminal Court (ICC) has also been driven by the Burmese Rohingya Organisation, which has additionally required economic sanctions from the UN. Not only has Human Rights Watch organization agreed that impunity for the systematic and widespread crimes committed by the Myanmar army should be ended, but even President Trump himself has stated that the brutal atrocities committed require accountability.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, because it has a moral obligation to defend the natural rights of all sentient beings and never tolerate injustice, rules that the de facto leaders of Myanmar, Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing, are not only responsible for Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing, Crimes against humanity and High Crimes against Peace, but also for VIOLATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS LAW and VIOLATION OF BUDDHIST LAW.

RESOLUTION on Mapuche Community

Case No. 27/2017: Inter- American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR)

RESOLUTION on Mapuche Community

The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights,
Confirms that Santiago Maldonado, a member of the Mapuche RAM group, died in the context of a violent repression in the hands of Argentine governmental bodies against tribal peoples who are defending their lands reclamation;
Confirms that the order to violently repress this Mapuche group originated from the highest spheres of the Argentine State, such as the Ministry of Security and the Presidency of the Nation;
Confirms that the Argentine State is in total breach of Convention No. 169 of the International Labor Organization (ILO) on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples;
Confirms that the Argentine State violates the individual and collective human rights of the Tribal Peoples, denying them the right to their lands, health, justice and education, beginning to increasingly violently exclude and persecute these oppressed communities that have been historically subjected to genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity with impunity in Argentina;
Confirms it is in accordance with the sociologist Maristella Svampa in the fact that the Argentine government does not recognize the human rights of the aboriginal peoples, making an illegal and disproportionate use of the security forces;
Confirms the fact that during the burial ceremony of Santiago Maldonado, by means of a quasi mafia-like message, the Argentine State entered the Mapuche territory of the Winkul Mapu Community with the order to, once again, attack with violence the members of this community, resulting in several seriously wounded people and even killing the young Rafael Nahuel from behind, while the Mapuche community was performing vital ceremonies of spiritual initiation that are protected by the Argentine National Constitution;
Confirms that following the analysis of the public statements made by Minister Patricia Bullrich and President Mauricio Macri, it is evident that the murder of the young Mapuche Rafael Nahuel was an extrajudicial execution ordered by the highest spheres of the Argentine State in the framework of a military operation described by witnesses as a human butchery;
Confirms it agrees with Diego Morales, director of the Litigation and Legal Defense Area of the CELS (Centre for Legal and Social Studies) organization, in repudiating the Argentine government's attitude of militarizing the south of the country, which is rich in natural resources, in addition to the fact that it would be creating a false image of the Mapuche community as an armed terrorist group;
Confirms that although in Argentina the death penalty is prohibited, the main exponents of the Argentine government, such as its security minister, its vice president and its president, have publicly stated that the murder of Rafael Nahuel in Mapuche sacred land was a legal and legitimate action fully framed in the law, even stating that what the security forces do has not need to be proved;
Confirms that, incredibly, according to the Argentine government, its repressive and homicidal actions were a good way to act because in the polls most of the people would consider that the government acted well, ignoring the fact that looking surveys is the most illegal way to administer justice and life of society, developing a right-wing neo-fascist populism that to the aboriginal and tribal peoples is what the US government is to immigrants and refugees;
Confirms that the Argentine government is stigmatizing the Mapuche community, calling them "the violent" and even calling it a terrorist group, which would resemble the repressive policy of the Chilean government;
Confirms it agrees with the writer Pedro Cayuqueo in the fact that the governments of Argentina and Chile are negligent for failing to peacefully resolve the conflicts they have with the Mapuche communities, resorting to the violent way instead of using the diplomatic or political way;
Confirms that agrees with the National Aboriginal Pastoral Team (Endepa, in its Spanish acronym) of the Catholic Church in urgently calling on the Argentine State to stop its irrational use of the repressive system against aboriginal communities, which constitutes a violation of the fundamental rights of tribal peoples that have been established in the legal norms of human rights instruments at the local and international level;
Confirms its support to the statement of the Mapuche Confederation of Neuquén where not only the Argentine security forces' repressive actions that murdered Rafael Nahuel are repudiated, but also the statements of the Argentine government are considered as Hate Speech and racial violence that do not call for coexistence and intercultural respect;
Confirms that in the context of Argentine history the homicidal way of actionning by the government constitutes a regression to the political violence and extrajudicial executions carried out by the last military dictatorship that killed around 10,000 people in the context of an alleged fight against terrorist groups;
Confirms that according to the Argentine government the alleged weapons of the violent group of the Mapuche community would be spears and firearms that were never found, showing that there is an attempt to demonize an oppressed minority that would lack any kind of weapons;
Confirms that although the Argentine government considers that the Mapuche community is incurring political violence, so far the only two dead people of the conflict have been members of the Mapuche community when suffering the armed repression in the hands of the Argentine government;
Confirms that due to the governmental consideration of the murder of Rafael Nahuel as a legitimate action, this aggravated homicide would also be an extrajudicial execution that would have the intellectual authorship of the Security Minister Patricia Bullrich and the President Mauricio Macri;
It confirms that most of Argentine presidents use to feel that they own the country and feel they have impunity to do what they want, even though this violates national and international law;
Confirms that from the extrajudicial execution of Prosecutor Nisman a limit has been crossed and the Argentine State has returned to carry out illegal murders with total impunity, which is a sad fact that is totally demonstrated with the murder of Rafael Nahuel;
Confirms that after the extrajudicial execution of Rafael Nahuel, after learning that federal judge Gustavo Villanueva was negotiating with the Mapuche community, the Argentine government declared with impunity that it would not accept any illegal or anti-juridical order issued by the judge, who was seeking that the security forces enter the Mapuche territory without firearms;
Confirms that the murder of Rafael Nahuel was not a mere case of disproportionate use of force in the repression of protests and land evictions, but rather that this homicide is part of a systematic criminal plan of the Argentine State to attack the integrity and self-determination of tribal peoples, even guaranteeing impunity for the members of security forces to commit extrajudicial executions, to which President Mauricio Macri considers a legal and legitimate act, thus perpetuating the former Argentine antidemocratic regime of genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Aboriginal communities by drip;
Confirms the fact that the Argentine government considers the Mapuche communities as violent groups that do not recognize the Argentine law, the State and the Constitution, when actually the very Argentine government would be that which does not recognize the International Human Rights Treaties incorporated into its own National Constitution;
Confirms that it is in agreement with the National Round Table for Peace and Intercultural Dialogue regarding the existence of a historical dispossession of all the tribal peoples of Argentina, to whom their pre-existence is ignored and are considered as mere minority groups;
It confirms that the physician Ramón Chiocconi has not only been a direct witness of the wounded Mapuches and of the fact that the Mapuche community is suffering social segregation for centuries, but also being witness of the important spiritual value that for the Mapuche people their territories represent, confirming that according to the Argentine government the Mapuche community is an illegal group just because of wanting to recover their ancestral territories, even though the Argentine law allows the community to be able to recover them;
Confirms that the Mapuche community denounces the fact that the Argentine government is trying to privatize some national parks, so that the intention of the tribal communities would be to safeguard those sacred spaces harmonically;
Confirms that the way how the Argentine government acts is violating the most fundamental human rights, such as the right to life, the right to culture and the right to peace, so that it deserves the strongest repudiation on the part of the international community;
Confirms that in 2015 the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has already sentenced the Argentine State for violations of the human rights of the Tribal Peoples, which should be validated by international organizations such as the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights;
Confirms that the Mapuche Ancestral Resistance (RAM, in its Spanish acronym) group is not a terrorist organization but a community that fights for the rights of the Mapuche people through direct action techniques, whose use of this resource is due to the desperation and impunity suffered by this oppressed community, whose rights are systematically violated;
Confirms that the Buddhist Community condemns all types of violence, resorting to the powerful weapons of humanitarian ethics, compassionate wisdom and active contemplation to cope with injustice;
Confirms that Tribal Peoples are not the original owners of the lands, but rather are in fact the genuine guardians of Mother Earth, existing as an integral part of the lands instead of existing predatorily like most of the States of the world;
Confirms that the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, which has ignored violations of the human rights suffered by the Buddhist Community, is required to act urgently and with all the instruments of law to stop the violent and criminal conduct of the Argentine government, safeguarding the right to life and the right to peace of all the tribal peoples of Argentina.
Always with a spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

NOTICE on Archbishop Paul Tschang In-Nam (Apostolic delegate of Myanmar)

CASE 36-2017: Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo

NOTICE on Archbishop Paul Tschang In-Nam (Apostolic delegate of Myanmar)

On December 05, 2017, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights communicates with His Eminence Archbishop Paul Tschang In-Nam, Apostolic Delegate of Myanmar, following the Judgment that has been made against the Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo for the crimes of Complicity with Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against Humanity, Complicity with Crimes against Peace and Spiritual Fraud, which was sentenced based on the demonstrations of public support that have been made toward the civil-military dictatorship of Myanmar led by the genocidal ones Aung San Suu Kyi and Ming Aung Hlaing. Despite the fact that the State of Myanmar is committing High Crimes against World Peace, it seems to be receiving public support from the highest spheres of the Catholic Church, which is complicity that must be immediately cancelled.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights clearly considers that the Vatican State should be on the side of the oppressed ones, on the side of the hundreds of thousands of women and children of the Rohingya People who are raped and murdered by the genocidal dictatorship of Myanmar. The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights requests the Catholic Church to intervene with righteousness and never with complicity toward the mundane powers that are destroying the world, since otherwise there will be a historical reckoning.

NOTIFICATION to the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura

CASE  32-2017:  NATIONAL  ECCLESIASTICAL  TRIBUNAL, INTERDIOCESAN  TRIBUNAL  OF  BUENOS  AIRES & PRIEST JULIO  CESAR  GRASSI

NOTIFICATION to the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura

On December 05, 2017, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights is communicating with His Eminence Monsignor Dominique Mamberti of the Supremum Tribunal Signaturae Apostolicae (Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura), as a result of the Judgment that has been made against the National Ecclesiastical Tribunal (Argentina) & Interdiocesan Tribunal of Buenos Aires for the crimes of Violation of the Human Right to Justice, Spiritual Fraud and False Christianity, which was sentenced from the shows of public support that has been made toward the pedophile priest Julio Cesar Grassi, failing to fulfill the duty of providing justice to the victims and simultaneously maintaining the ethical purity of the priesthood. Despite the fact that the Argentine State judged Grassi as guilty of pedophilia, the Catholic Church has defended him for several years and has never even decided to annul his condition as a priest. This not only violates human rights, but also breaks the Spirituality founded by Jesus of Nazareth.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights clearly considers that the Vatican State should immediately judge and sentence Grassi, removing his condition of priest, which may begin to amend the framework of ecclesiastical impunity that has been enjoyed by this criminal and false priest. In addition, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights asks the Catholic Church to publicly apologize to the victims of Julio Cesar Grassi, who have suffered persecution and threats for several years. In case of continuing to maintain the rank of priest to said pedophile, the Vatican would be committing an explicit complicity with such crimes.

With a spirit of Reconciliation (Maitri),

Act on PERMANENT OBSERVER MISSION OF THE HOLY SEE TO THE UNITED NATIONS (UN)

Case No. 20/2016: United Nations (UN) & Secretary General Ban Ki-moon

Act on PERMANENT OBSERVER MISSION OF THE HOLY SEE TO THE UNITED NATIONS (UN)

On December 05, 2017, an Act of International Repudiation is written regarding the affirmations made by His Excellency Archbishop Bernardito Auza, Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See in the United Nations (UN) and in the Organization of American States, who on October 30, 2017 has publicly endorsed the actions of the Peacekeeping operations of the UN, despite the fact that this organization has been sentenced by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights for the crimes of GENOCIDE, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, WAR CRIMES, CORRUPTION, VIOLATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS LAW AND HIGH CRIMES AGAINST WORLD PEACE.
The Holy See has stated that it believes in the central role of the UN for the maintenance of international security and peace, even alleging that the UN Peacekeeping operations are an indispensable instrument and that it has contributed to the resolution of many armed conflicts. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms once again that the Holy See is making complicit silence in the face of the most terrible violations of human rights, since it has been shown that UN officials have violated the ideals and principles of the organization, by systematically and widespreadly carrying out a framework of impunity for sexual abuse, human trafficking and sexual slavery of women and children, mass killings of civilians, sanctions or genocidal blockades, militarism and false humanitarianism.
The Holy See has stated that it emphasizes the protection of civilians on the part of the Peacekeeping operations of the UN, despite the fact that there is ample evidence that this organization has exterminated the lives of hundreds of thousands of civilians. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that the Holy See does not use its multimillionaire resources in the recognition and fight against the great evils of the world, nor does it carry out a diplomacy of prevention, mediation and reconciliation, but rather most of the times it becomes an ally of the powers in place, supporting the status quo even when genocides and crimes against humanity are committed such as those carried out by UN Peacekeeping forces. True Peace will never emerge from any kind of army, neither from corrupt politicians nor from pedophile religious ones, since True Peace emerges from the struggle against greed, hatred and deceit. In short, True Peace emerges from humanitarianism, love and Truth. Only through a Path of righteousness the world's evils, such as war, injustice, ignorance and pollution, can be eradicated. This requires the world leaders, whether political or religious, not to support and not to contribute to international crimes, not being part of the evil to which they should fight. In this sense, instead of supporting the Peacekeeping forces of UN, the Holy See should request that this organization be brought before international justice, being duly investigated and condemned for the serious crimes it has committed against hundreds of thousands of defenseless people, mostly children, as has happened in Iraq, Haiti and Africa. As long as there is impunity in human rights violations committed by the rich and powerful, this world will be condemned to the Apocalypse. If the Holy See decides to ignore the Path of self-sacrifice for the Truth, Love and Justice developed by Master Jesus, this will have ethical and spiritual consequences that will remain in the memory of the entire humankind for thousands of years.

Act on the CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM)

CASE 36-2017: Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo

Act on the CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM)

On December 4th, 2017, an International Repudiation Act is made with regards to the CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM), because in the evidence analyzed by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights it was possible to verify that like the Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo, the CBCM has endorsed to keep complicit silence in the face of genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity committed by the State of Myanmar against the Rohingya People. Cardinal Charles Maung Bo, who is a member of CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM), has even come to explicitly support the genocide and the de facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi, and this has generated him to be sentenced for Complicity with Crimes against Peace and Spiritual Fraud.
Therefore, it is confirmed that CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM) constitutes a fraudulent organization that is being complicit in the worst international crimes, such as genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity. Therefore, the CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM) organization should stop being a silent accomplice, starting to publicly denounce the crimes committed by the Myanmar State and requesting that the genocidal ones Aung San Suu Kyi, Ming Aung Hlaing and the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee are held accountable and brought to justice, by promoting their investigation and condemnation for international crimes, instead of preparing public visits and support for them on the part of Pope Francis I.

PRONOUNCEMENT on Attack against Sufism

Case 04-2015: ISIS

PRONOUNCEMENT on Attack against Sufism

November 28, 2017
First, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that the group called ISIS has continued to carry out terrorist acts throughout the world, which has aggravated the previous Judgment that has been made against them for the charges of genocide, ethnic cleansing and Crimes against humanity.
Secondly, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights continues to denounce that the ISIS group is False Islam, violating the human rights of women and children but also betraying the spiritual teachings of the great Muslim prophets.
Thirdly, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights expresses again regarding the ideological and religious falsehood of ISIS group due to its recent terrorist attack against a Sufi mosque Al Rauda in Egypt, which on November 24, 2017 caused more than 300 deaths, not only detonating a bomb but also making hundreds of shots from the street.
Fourth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights decides that this terrorist act allegedly caused by ISIS constitutes not only a crime against humanity but also an act of genocide, trying to partially or totally exterminate a religious group protected by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
Fifth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights expresses its solidarity with the People of Egypt and with the thousands of relatives of the victims of this genocidal terrorist attack, which constitutes the most terrible attack in the history of that country.
Sixth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces that while ISIS group considers Sufism as a heretical movement, it is actually ISIS itself that is constantly committing heresies that pervert or destroy the spiritual heritage of Islam.
Seventh, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights recalls once again that the Sufi Spiritual Community is probably the product of the mystical synthesis between Buddhism and Islam, which is why it constitutes a movement that must be fully respected and appreciated as a symbol of social peace and intercultural harmony.
Eighth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights requests the People of Egypt not to carry out extrajudicial executions of terrorist suspects, since evil must never be combated with evil, having the duty to bring those responsible for acts of terrorism to international justice.
In the ninth place, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights criticizes the rabbinic document called "Between Jerusalem and Rome" where radical Islam is identified as a contemporary evil, ignoring that terrorist movements actually constitute totally False Islam, just as there is no kind of radical Buddhism but rather False Buddhism.
All these nine points demonstrate once again that the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights will continue to denounce the genocides carried out against Muslim brothers from all over the world, as is the case of the Rohingya People or the recent case of the Sufi Community.

NOTIFICATION to the Sri Lankan Ministry of Education

Case No. 35/2017: University of Kelaniya

NOTIFICATION to the Sri Lankan Ministry of Education

On November 28, 2017, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights communicates with the Sri Lankan Ministry of Education following the Judgment that has been made against the University of Kelaniya for the crimes of Plagiarism and Violation of Cultural Heritage, which was sentenced from the event that this University has plagiarized the discipline of "Buddhist Psychoanalysis" developed by the Maitriyana Community. Although the University of Kelaniya was offered permission to teach this discipline on the condition that they recognize the authorship of the genuine creators, its members have refused and have decided to ignore the Buddhist Law system, even though they technically are a Buddhist University.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights clearly considers that the Sri Lankan Ministry of Education should mediate in this conflict and supervise that the University of Kelaniya does not commit crimes. The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights requests the Sri Lankan Ministry of Education to intervene and recommend the University of Kelaniya to ask for public apologies for their infractions against the intangible cultural heritage of the Maitriyana Community.

With spirit of Reconciliation (Maitri),

Judgment on Case "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon & Cardinal Charles Maung Bo"

CASE 36-2017: Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo
ETHICAL JUDGMENT
Dear Prosecutor, Public Defender, Ambassador and Jury Members of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee (IBEC) and Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights (BTHR), regarding the Case 36-2017 against "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo", on November 27, 2017, it is hereby recorded that the trial has been concluded to analyze the violation of Human Rights and Buddhist Ethics made by the accused. This case has been carried out as a consequence of the "Ashin Wirathu Case", the "Myanmar Case" and the "State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee Case".
After the analysis of the presentation of the Case and the validation of proofs, it has proceeded with the vote of 6 members of the Jury, confirming that all of them have voted "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" as Responsible for the serious crimes of Complicity with Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against Humanity, Complicity with Crimes against Peace and Spiritual Fraud.
Although the group "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" have been direct witnesses of genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity carried out by the Myanmar government, they have decided to publicly and repeatedly support such criminal and dictatorial government, which constitutes an act of Complicity in serious violation of human rights. Moreover, the group "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" have come to dare to revalidate these crimes through the use of Buddhist concepts, which constitutes Spiritual Fraud, illegally usurping Buddhist Spirituality in order to ethically endorse a criminal and genocidal government, which also implies an absolute betrayal of the teachings of Master Jesus of Nazareth. In this way, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights declares that the group "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" are a spurious, immoral and illegal movement, dedicating rather to politics instead of devoting themselves to carry out spiritual teachings and ethical or humanitarian guidance. Thus, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has implemented the jurisprudence used in the "ISIS Case," "State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee Case," "National Ecclesiastical Tribunal Case" and "Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph Case," by denouncing presumably religious movements which are dedicated to endorse international crimes as being illegal.
On the other hand, as a result of the public request made by the group "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo", the fact that the recent visit of Pope Francis I to Myanmar occurred in a climate of acceptance of not mentioning the word "Rohingya", in addition to agreeing to meet privately with the genocidal military leader Ming Aung Hlaing implies a strong ethical backing to the civil-military dictatorship of Myanmar led by Aung San Suu Kyi. Instead of denouncing the terrible genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity carried out in Myanmar, instead of requesting urgent international intervention, the "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" have decided to provide moral and public support for a genocidal government that is committing the worst international crimes against defenseless men, women and children, also requiring the Vatican to grant omissive silence in the face of genocide. In fact, these acts of omissive silence, and even complicity, on the part of the highest spheres of Catholic Power have been analyzed in other Cases sentenced by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, such as the "Argentina Case" and the "Venezuela Case ", where the Vatican has sustained and legitimized criminal governments. However, on this occasion, complicity is as serious as the relationship that the Catholic Power kept with the Nazi Empire. The visit of Pope Francis I to Myanmar in a silence climate before the Rohingya Holocaust, visiting the de facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi, the head of the armed forces Ming Aung Hlaing and even the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee, results of a gravity as deep as if the Pope had visited Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler and the SS Nazi Squad by simultaneously agreeing not to mention the word "Jew" while the genocide was taking place. In fact, the silence of Pope Pius XII during Nazism, omitting to denounce the extermination against the Jewish People, has been one of the most shameful episodes in the history of Christianity. This new silence before the genocide of the Rohingya People constitutes a new demonstration of the immorality and hypocrisy of the highest spheres of the Catholic Power of Vatican.
The Maitriyana Community offers the accused "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" this Ethical Judgment as a teaching mode on how a Righteous and Adequate Spirituality (Samma-Sasana) truly behaves, which clearly is not practiced by the high world Catholic power, making complicit silence in the face of sexual abuses and murders of minors. The members of this religious group must quickly learn that it is very simple to denounce genocides 50 or 100 years after they have occurred. Genocides, ethnic cleansings and crimes against humanity must be denounced while they occur, trying to stop humanity from doing evil, start doing good and purify its mind. That is the teaching of all the Awakened and Savior Ones (Buddhas-Christs), as taught in the Dhammapada. The messianic task of the Free and Enlightened Beings (Arhats-Bodhisattvas) is to unwaveringly engage with the Salvation of all sentient beings, never agreeing silence with the prevailing political powers. A genuine spiritual master must be willing to self-sacrifice for the Truth, being willing even to be annihilated for denouncing the evils of the world, as did by Master Jesus, who perfectly understood that the expression of the divine is Compassion and Justice.
Because the request submitted to Pope Francis I in order not to mention the word "Rohingya" has been made by both the "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar)" and its leader "Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" as well as by the CATHOLIC BISHOPS' CONFERENCE OF MYANMAR (CBCM), this shows that this Case is not a mere individual error but it rather expresses an institutional policy of Complicity with Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against Humanity, Complicity with Crimes against Peace and Spiritual Fraud. In addition, it is recalled that complicit silence maintained regarding the genocide against the Rohingya People by the State of Myanmar, under the excuse that this would endanger the Christian minorities of the country, is the same excuse as the complicit silence of the Pope Pius XII during the genocide of the Jewish People by the Nazi Empire, with which a concordat or international pact of support was even signed. Faced with this kind of policies that are complicit in serious violations of human rights by the Catholic Power, it is recalled that Master Jesus never made a pact with the political and economic powers of his time.
The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights agrees with Father Bernardo Cervellera that behind the genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Rohingya People there are powerful economic interests, since in the areas where this persecuted people live there are not only many valuable natural resources, but it also would be the area where an oil pipeline would pass in order to transport oil to China. Therefore, behind these terrible crimes against humanity there is no a mere religious hatred toward Muslim minorities, but rather there are powerful political and economic interests to benefit national and international military elites. In this sense, making papal visits to the genocidal government of Myanmar and its civic-military leaders Aung Sam Suu Kyi and Ming Aung Hlaing in a context of omissive silence in the face of human rights violations is a sign of closeness with the corrupt powers and a signal of the death of hope for the hundreds of thousands of victims suffering from ethnic cleansing, mass murder and sexual abuse in a systematic and widespread way. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights coincides with Priest Reese, commissioner of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, in the fact that the silence of Pope Francis I in the face of persecution against the Rohingya People makes him lose moral credibility. The Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights establishes that those who claim to be the moral compass of the world must have purified the mind, the word and action, developing the mission of the great Peace (Shalom) champions. However, in case those who possess worldly power simply transmit beautiful speeches but that do not fit in with their actions, then they will be part of the evils of the world, being genuine representatives of greed, hatred and deceit.
The Maitriyana agrees with True Christianity in the fact that the divine requires the individual to act justly and to love mercifully while walking with humility along the Way (Micah 6: 8). This means that the Buddhist Law, like the prophets and Master Jesus, teaches the commandment to love one's neighbor as oneself (Matthew 22:39). Therefore, the Maitriyana and True Christianity form a Path in which justice and love are united. The Buddhist Law does not consider that justice and love are opposite values and goals, because their judgments are warm and merciful. In this way, Maitriyana and True Christianity are differentiated from religious groups that consider love in a sentimental way and that are indifferent to bad behavior. The Buddhist Law offers a vision of wisdom with compassion, a vision of justice with mercy, which is the fundamental part of the divine. Indeed, Maitriyana and True Christianity agree in the fact that the divine is the experience of a righteous judge (Psalm 7: 7, 2 Timothy 4: 8) and simultaneously is the experience of love (1 John 4: 8), both being synthesized in the experience of Awakening (Bodhi), as Master Gautama showed under the tree, but also being synthesized in the experience of self-sacrifice, as Master Jesus showed in the cross. Consequently, the Buddhist Law is a system where reconciliation between victims and aggressors is sought, building a community of love and restorative justice, which are integral elements of the divine and even the sacred Purpose (Dharma) of life. Only through this principle and practice of unity between justice and love is that wounds can be healed. The Maitriyana and True Christianity seek that the world be judged righteously, that people are governed with justice, and that refuge be provided to the oppressed (Psalm 9: 7-9). However, state courts do not usually provide justice that treats people fairly, since state courts often discriminate and provide impunity to the rich and powerful. For this reason, the Buddhist Law is totally necessary to keep the practice of justice pure, which is actually the practice of love. The Maitriyana and True Christianity denounce injustices, seeking that the courts do not pervert justice through favoritisms to the rich or partialities to the poor (Leviticus 19:15), having to develop fair, good and whole relationships. Thus, the unity of justice and love is what Maitriyana and True Christianity call Peace (Shalom), which is not the absence of conflict but rather the presence of well-being and spiritual fulfillment. Justice and Love promoted by the Buddhist Law are both the basis and the product of this sacred Peace (Shalom), seeking that the whole humanity eradicates evil, installs good and purifies its interior. However, the Maitriyana and True Christianity affirm that the intrinsic nature of humanity is goodness, so that justice and love do nothing more than express the divine nature or Purpose (Dharma) of Self, achieving spiritual well-being and restorative peace in the relations between humanity and totality. The Buddhist Law then is not about simply following rules and carrying out punishments, but rather about transmitting the knowledge of compassionate love, which is the experience of the divine (Psalm 103: 8, 1 John 4: 8). This experience of love has no parallel with ordinary feelings or emotions, being rather a practice of love toward righteousness and justice (Psalm 33: 5). Maitriyana and True Christianity seek to create a world of love and justice where peoples resolve their conflicts in a harmonious and non-violent way, evolving through mutual support and inter-existence. Only through this compassionate wisdom (karuna-prajna) that unites justice and love is that humanity will be able to eradicate the evils of the world and reach the Ascension toward the Kingdom of Righteousness on Earth. However, without Awakening or Self-sacrifice, as taught by Masters Gautama and Jesus, there will never be justice or love, but only laws and feelings. The reconciling power of Buddhist Law is that it recognizes the Truth of victims and simultaneously offers the opportunity for redemption to the aggressors. The spiritual masters Gautama and Jesus showed that the world can be saved when justice and love are united; transforming the relationship that humanity has both with itself and with the rest of the Cosmos. The Maitriyana and True Christianity have this fascinating power of reconciliation and restorative justice, showing that humanity has actually never left Eden, but rather forgot that Mother Earth is the genuine paradise. In this way, the One Way of Liberation and Salvation always takes place in the here and now, never in a metaphysical existence, realizing the Truth of life through active contemplation, compassionate wisdom and humanitarian ethics. This Path spiritually transforms the internal and external world, allowing unity between the individual and the fellow beings. In short, there is no transformation without Truth and Justice, but there is no real Justice without altruism and love either, seeking the prevention of conflicts and the restoration of health and Peace (Shalom). The Buddhist Law is a hopeful service because it uses mediation, conciliation and restorative justice, instead of believing that justice can be achieved by means of prison sentences or economic penalties. The Maitriyana and True Christianity insist that judicial courts should be humanistic and restorative, seeking reintegration and reconciliation instead of punishment and marginalization.
On the other hand, the Buddhist Law coincides with Islam in the fact that justice is a precondition for the existence of society, reason by which a vision of social justice, ethical governance and even ethical justice is prioritized, seeking to virtuously harmonize the struggle between opposite forces that reside in the psychic and social world. For the Maitriyana, true justice is the realization of liberty, equality and fraternity, seeking to moderate excesses through the ethics of the Middle Way, as taught by Gautama and Allameh Tabatabaei. The Buddhist Law shows the Righteous Pathway toward spiritual development through generosity and justice, denouncing corruption, illegality and oppression at all times. The Maitriyana considers that the basis of justice is human rights, positioning spiritual masters as arbiters and true ethical leaders to determine if the peoples are behaving legally or immorally. The Buddhist Law considers that justice is not only important to form a righteous and distributive society but it is also a fundamental pillar for the survival and salvation of humanity. However, justice will always be perverted without altruism, benevolence and generosity at any time and place.
In conclusion, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights has the Purpose (Dharma) to correct religious movements by means of True Spirituality, which implies a direct criticism of Catholic groups that directly or indirectly support violence, such as murders and abuses against children. Therefore, it is established that the "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" has violated human rights and the teachings of masters Gautama and Jesus through supporting a dictatorial and genocidal government that represents one of the greatest evils in the history of humanity, since the State of Myanmar is carrying out the worst international crimes and is also destroying the Buddhist Cultural Heritage. Undoubtedly, the high-ranking religious authorities of Catholicism should be ethical leaders and never be accomplices supporting or endorsing crimes against the sacrality of human life. The Kingdom of Righteousness on Earth will only happen through Peace (Shalom), and never through complicit silence with sexual abuse and slaughters of babies and children. Therefore, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights practices contemplation, wisdom and ethics in order to create a world of compassion. In this way, the Case on "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" is a great lesson for Catholics to stop doing evil, begin to do good and purify their minds through the divine force of Justice and Love, rather than let the dark political and economic interests predominate.
Following masters Gautama and Jesus, who developed a Path of Love and Justice that can go through any Holocaust with dignity and rectitude, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights supervises that religions do not attempt against ethics and human rights, never betraying the Compassionate Wisdom of the Divine. Therefore, the "Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon (Myanmar) & His Eminence Cardinal Charles Maung Bo" have been sentenced Responsible for Complicity with Genocide, Ethnic Cleansing and Crimes against Humanity, Complicity with Crimes against Peace and Spiritual Fraud.
With spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

President and Spiritual Judge of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
