Case 34-2017: Aum Shinrikyo & Aleph
Notification to Scotland Yard
On July 06, 2018, an International Notification to Scotland Yard was made as a result that
on 4 July 2018 two British citizens, Charlie Rowley and Dawn Sturguess, would
have been seriously intoxicated with the nerve gas "Novichok", which
would be the same toxin used against the Russian ex-spy Sergei Skripal. Because
this event is serious and should be approached with the utmost seriousness, the
International Buddhist Law puts all its knowledge at the service of
anti-terrorism.
Therefore, the Buddhist
Tribunal on Human Rights is communicating with the Scotland Yard to confirm them that there is the possibility that
this event is not the product of random intoxication, but it might be a test to
carry out future terrorist attacks in the United Kingdom. However, although the
secretary of the interior of the United Kingdom has stated that the Russian
government could be behind this new event, the criminological analyzes of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
indicate that there is another alternative explanation. Given the fact that the
possible "Novichok" nerve gas terrorist attack against two British
citizens was carried out only 24 hours before the execution or death sentence
of Shoko Asahara, leader of the
criminal organization Aum Shinrikyo
(Aleph), this would probably not be mere coincidence, especially
considering that this international criminal sect carried out multiple
terrorist attacks in Japan with the result of dozens of deaths and thousands of
wounded by mean of using sarin gas. As the Aum
Shinrikyo (Aleph) organization was investigated arduously by the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights, and
was sentenced as Responsible for Organized Crime, Terrorism and Crimes
against Humanity and Peace, the modus
operandi of the followers of Shoko
Asahara is well known, and it is also known that they have the financial
and technological means to carry out all kinds of terrorist attacks throughout
the world, since they have even experimented with bacteriological and nuclear
weapons in the past. Moreover, it is confirmed that Aum Shinrikyo (Aleph) was also investigated and banned in Russia,
where they could have illegally acquired nerve gas "Novichok".
Finally, in order to save lives, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
recommends the Scotland Yard to
investigate if there is any member of the Aum
Shinrikyo (Aleph) group residing in the United Kingdom, because if so,
there is a significant probability that they are planning future terrorist
attacks.
Always with spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
H.E. Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha
President and Judge of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on
Human Rights
