CASE 32-2017: NATIONAL
ECCLESIASTICAL TRIBUNAL, INTERDIOCESAN TRIBUNAL OF BUENOS AIRES & PRIEST
JULIO CESAR GRASSI
Act on Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano
On September 2, 2018, an Act of International Repudiation to Pope Francis I is made, due to the
testimony of August 22, 2018 of Archbishop Carlo
Maria Vigano, former Apostolic Nuncio, who after analyzing the crisis of
sexual abuse of Bishops in the US, Chile and Australia, asked for the
resignation of Pope Francis I as
head of the Vatican for having covered up
and kept complicit silence since June
2013 in the face of the sexual abuses of Cardinal McCarrick, ignoring the for-life
sanctions previously carried out by Pope
Benedict XVI. Archbishop Carlo Maria
Vigano, former ambassador of the Vatican in the USA, confirmed that on June
23, 2013 he himself informed Pope
Francis I and the high ecclesiastical hierarchies about the sexual abuses
of Cardinal Theodore McCarrick that corrupted
generations of seminarians and priests, and they were immoral and abominable behaviors worthy of exemplary sanctions,
although the maximum Catholic leader decided to cover up the accusations and
never responded to the complaints, only taking tenuous actions to safeguard his media image when the
complaints of pedophilia went public in the media. Both the Vatican and Pope Francis I refused to comment on
the denunciation made by Archbishop
Carlo Maria Vigano, who not only requested the resignation of Pope Francis I, but also accused the
highest ecclesiastical hierarchy, among whom are included Cardinals Angelo
Sodano, Tarcisio Bertone, Pietro Parolin, William Levada, Marc Ouellet, Lorenzo
Baldisseri, Leonardo Sandri, Fernando Feloni, Angelo Becciu, Giovanni Lajolo,
Dominique Mamberti, Donald Wuerl, Kevin Farrell, Sean O'Malley and Rodriguez
Maradiaga, the archbishops Ilson de Jesus Montanari and John Myers, and also
the bishop Paul Bootkoski, for having sectarian
and mafia attitudes, cover up and corruption.
Therefore, despite the fact that Pope
Francis I himself has described the sexual abuses of priests as disgusting crimes and as a failure of the Church, this undoubtedly
constitutes an act of demagogy, as the very popes and heads of the Vatican have
been the maximum ones in covering up sexual abuses around the world. In fact,
the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
has already previously sentenced the NATIONAL
ECCLESIASTICAL TRIBUNAL & INTERDIOCESAN TRIBUNAL OF BUENOS AIRES as
Responsible for Violation of the Human Right to Justice, Spiritual Fraud and False
Christianity for having supported and covered up the sexual crimes of
Priest Julio César Grassi, recalling that during these crimes the Ecclesiastical Tribunal was led by Pope Francis I. This background of cover-up and corruption shows that the denunciations made by Archbishop
Carlo Maria Vigano would be totally plausible, demonstrating the existence
of a systematic pattern of criminality on the part of Pope Francis I and
his advisers.
In conclusion, the Buddhist
Tribunal on Human Rights agrees with Archbishop
Carlo Maria Vigano that in the McCarrick
Case the Pope Francis I not only has not opposed evil but he has
been associated with someone deeply corrupted to carry out evil, following the
advice of a perverse and by multiplying his evil, supporting bad pastors in
their action of destruction of the Church.
