Legal Requirement to Sanbo-Zen

Case 47-2018: Major Deepak Rao & Paramilitary group “Tao Zen Dojo” & Academy of Combat Fitness & UCCA Commando Combat Academy  & ICS Fight Club Institute of Combat Studies

Legal Requirement to Sanbo-Zen

November 7th, 2018
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights legally requires the Sanbo-Zen lineage to urgently investigate and confirm whether Deepak Rao is truly a member of its lineage, since this individual has made public that he is a Zen Master who is part of the Sanbo Kyodan lineage (now called Sanbo-Zen). Although there is an enormous likelihood that this alleged title of Zen Master bestowed to Deepak Rao may be nothing more than a Fraud, the Sanbo-Zen lineage is formally required to manifest itself publicly, since honor and cultural heritage of Buddhism are at risk.
In the event that Deepak Rao is indeed a member of your group, then the International Buddhist Ethics Committee orders the immediate expulsion of this individual, not only because he suffers from a dangerous state of Paranoia, but also because Deepak Rao has attacked and slandered the United Buddhist Nations Organization. In addition, Deepak Rao has been declared Responsible for committing Violation of International Buddhist Law, Violation of the Rights of Buddhist Peoples, Violation of Buddhist Ethical Precepts, Militarism and Crimes against Peace.
The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that Deepak Rao has not only violated the Constitution of the United Buddhist Nations Organization, the Universal Declaration on the Rights of Buddhist Peoples and Spiritual Communities, and the Internal Law of the Maitriyana Buddhist Community, but also he himself dedicates professionally to leading a paramilitary group that teaches how to perfect the art of murder and armed combat, which violates the supreme ethical precept of Buddhist Spirituality: not hurting sentient beings. As this illegal action of Deepak Rao is motive for immediate expulsion in any Sangha of the world, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee legally warns the Sanbo-Zen lineage that keeping acts of silence or indifference in the face of this serious matter would be considered an act of complicity with the crimes of Deepak Rao, and therefore this would inevitably bring the sad outcome that legal proceedings against the Sanbo-Zen lineage might be initiated.
Always with spirit of reconciliation (maitri),
H.E. Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha
Judge and President of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
